Abstract

Método y su correspondiente aparato para el tratamiento de la materia prima que sirve para la fabricación del cemento y que contiene combustible con una elevada cantidad de elementos volátiles, en el cual la materia pasa progresivamente a través de una multiplicidad de zonas de calentamiento, constituidas por una zona de secado, una zona de precalentamiento y una zona de tratamiento térmico final, que tiene cada una una temperatura diferente para realizar una función específica quemándose un combustible suministrado desde el exterior en dicha zona de tratamiento térmico final y estando la temperatura en dicha zona de precalentamiento incluída entre 649ºC y 1316ºC (1200 y 2400ºF).
