Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea dimerului vinca, cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R1 reprezinta o grupa -OH sau OCOCH3, constînd din aceea ca (VLB sau 4-dezacetil-VLB)-3-(2-hidroxietil)-carboxamida se clorureaza cu tetraclorura de carbon, în prezenta de trifenilfosfina, dupa care compusul cu formula I obtinut se izoleaza sub forma de baza libera sau de sare de aditie acida si, daca se doreste, compusul cu formula I, în care R1 este acetoxi, se dezacetileaza în mod cunoscut, pentru a se obtine un compus în care R1 este hidroxi sau compusul cu formula I în care R1 este hidroxi se acileaza, în mod în sine cunoscut, pentru a se obtine un compus în care R1 este acetoxi.
