Abstract
Inventia s erefera la un procedu pentru prepararea unui derivat de feniloripagilamina 1-(3,5-bistriflormetilfenil)-3-(4-tertbutilpiperidino) prop-1-ina cu fromula I: (vezi formula) constînd din aceea ca un compus cu formula generala ii:(vezi formula) în care X reprezinta un atom de halogen, se trateaza cu 4-tert-butil-1-(prop-2-inil)piperidina în prezenta iodurii cuproase diclor-bis paladiului si eventual a trifenilfosfinei, la o temperatura cuprinsa între temparatura camerei si temperatura de reflux a amestecului de reactie, în prezenta trietilaminei, dupa care daca se doreste compusul cu formula I astfel obtinut se transforma într-o sare de aditie acida prin metode cunoscute.
