Abstract

Procedeu pentru prepararea 2-dezoxistreptaminoaminoglicozidelor cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) în care R1 reprezinta hidrogen sau alchil inferior, R2 reprezinta o grupa amino sau hidroxi, R3 si R4 reprezinta hidrogen sau glicozil iar R3 este diferit de R4 cînd n are valoarea 1,2 sau 3, constînd din aceea ca, se redus derivati de kanamicina A care au substituentii R1, R2, R3, R4 si n cu diboran la temperatura cuprinsa între temperatura camerei si circa 50 degree C, intermediatul este transformat în sare de aditie cu acid trifluoracetic, diboranul fiind utilizat în exces de cantitatea necesara reducerii în solvent inert fata de reactanti si, eventual, în atmosfera de azot, apoi excesul de diboran este îndepartat prin tratarea amestecului în reactie cu apa, iar produsul de reactie este separat în mod cunoscut.
