Abstract
Aliaj fier-siliciu pentru obtinerea unor semifabricate cu structura orientata pe muchie si permeabilitate magnetica de cel putin 2,35 X 10 la -4 H/m la 795 A/m în urma prelucrarii aliajului a carui compozitie în procente de greutate, este formata din: 0,02 la 0,06 carbon, 0,015 la 0,15 mangan, 0,01 la 0,05 sulf, 0,0006 la 0,0018% bor, pîna la 1 cupru si nu mai mult de 0,008 aluminiu, aliaj care, dupa laminarea la cald pîna la o grosime cuprinsa între 1,27 si 3,05 mm, este supus unei laminari la rece pîna la o grosime mai mica de 0,508 mm, fara o recoacere intermediara între trecerile de la laminarea la rece, dupa care s-au aplicat operatiile de decarburare, recoacerea finala pentru texturare, iar continutul de sulf trebuie sa fie mai mic de 0,006% sub forma dizolvata la începutul recoacerii, în scopul maririi proprietatilor magnetice, caracterizat prin aceea ca raportul dintre raportul dintre cantitatea de sulf trebuie mentinut la un nivel de cel putin 1,83 pe tot parcursul aplicarii fazelor procesului de prelucrare.
