Abstract

Prezenta invenţie descrie un procedeu de obţinere a răşinilor fenolice midificate cu uree, foarte reactive, folosite, ca agenţi de legare a particulelor din stratul central, la fabricarea plăcilor aglomerate. Acest procedeu constă în condensarea fenolului şi a formaldehidei, înainte ca gelificarea să aibă loc, astfel încât, după adăugarea ureei, se obţin răşini fenolice modificate cu uree slab alcaline care, dacă se doreşte, pot fi depozitate şi la care, imediat înainte de prelucrarea lor ca adezivi ai particulelor stratului central, se adaugă alcalii, în cantităţi suficiente pentru a asigura în mod rapid o structură reticulată a răşinii fenolice.
