Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 26 stycznia 2005 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do artykulów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu nadana mu przez jego ksztalt i uklad linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok z przodu pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego w po- staci butelki, Fig. 2 - przedstawia widok z boku pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 3 - przedstawia zarys konturów butelki w widoku z góry, Fig. 4 - przedstawia widok dna butelki, Fig. 5 - przedstawia widok z przodu drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 6 - przedstawia widok z boku drugiej odmiany butelki. Butelka przedstawiona jest równiez na zalaczonych fotografiach obrazujacych widok butelki, przy czym: Fig. 7 - przedstawia ogólny widok butelki wykonanej w dwóch odmianach, Fig. 8 - przedstawia ogólny widok z boku pierwszej odmiany butelki przy jej obrocie w osi wzdluznej co 45°, Fig. 9 - przedstawia pierwsza odmiane butelki w pozycji lezacej, na której uwidoczniono jej dno i wierzch, Fig. 10 - uwidacznia druga odmiane bu-telki w pozycji stojacej oraz w pozycji lezacej od strony dna, Fig. 11 - uwidacznia widok ogólny drugiej odmiany butelki w pozycji stojacej oraz pierwszej odmiany butelki w pozycji lezacej. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa uksztal- towana w formie smuklej niesymetrycznej bryly geometrycznej. Zarówno wierzch jak i dno tej czesci zbiornikowej maja ksztalt czworokatów, w których dwa prze- ciwlegle wzgledem siebie boki maja zarys luków przesunietych wzgledem siebie, zas ich dwa pozostale boki sa liniami prostymi. Wierzch czesci zbiornikowej jest mniejszy od jej dna. Przy czym powierzchnie wierzchu i dna sa plaskie, natomiast powierzchnie boczne czesci zbiornikowej pomiedzy dnem a wierzchem sa uksztaltowane tak, ze w przekroju poprzecznym jej przód jest wypukly, zas tyl jest wklesly. Obrzeza dna butelki pokryte sa muletka, natomiast wierzch butelki prze- chodzi w okragla szyjke wylewowa. Szyjka w pierwszej odmianie butelki uwidocz- nionej na "rysunku - Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 oraz na fotografii - Fig. 8 pokryta jest gwintem, natomiast szyjka w drugiej odmianie butelki uwidocznionej na rysunku - Fig 5 i Fig 6, oraz na fotografii Fig. 10 zakonczona jest obwodowym zewnetrznym kolnie- rzem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki w postaci smuklej niesymetrycznej bryly geometrycznej o podstawie wiekszej od wierzchu. Przy czym ten wierzch i podstawa maja ksztalt czworokatów, w których dwa przeciwlegle wzgledem siebie boki maja zarys luków przesunietych wzgledem siebie, zas dwa pozostale boki sa liniami prostymi. Natomiast pomiedzy dnem a wierzchem butelka jest uksztaltowana tak, ze w przekroju poprzecznym jej przód jest wypukly po luku, tyl wklesly, natomiast jeden z boków jest zblizony do pla- skiego. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass intended primarily for cosmetics. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by its shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows the front view of the first variant of the industrial design in the form of a bottle, Fig. 2 - shows the side view of the first variant of the bottle, Fig. 3 - shows the outline of the bottle's contours from above, Fig. 4 - shows the bottom view of the bottle, Fig. 5 - shows the front view of the second variant of the bottle, Fig. 6 - shows the side view of the second variant of the bottle. The bottle is also shown in the attached photographs illustrating the view of the bottle, wherein: Fig. 7 - shows a general view of the bottle made in two varieties, Fig. 8 - shows a general side view of the first bottle variety when rotated about the longitudinal axis every 45°, Fig. 9 - shows the first bottle variety in a horizontal position, showing its bottom and top, Fig. 10 - shows the second bottle variety in an upright position and in a horizontal position from the bottom side, Fig. 11 - shows a general view of the second bottle variety in an upright position and the first bottle variety in a horizontal position. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a reservoir part shaped as a slender, asymmetrical geometric solid. Both the top and bottom of this reservoir are quadrangular in shape, with two opposing sides having the outline of offset arcs, while the other two sides are straight lines. The top of the reservoir is smaller than its bottom. The top and bottom surfaces are flat, while the side surfaces of the reservoir between the bottom and top are shaped so that in cross-section, its front is convex and its rear is concave. The rims of the bottle's bottom are covered with mullet, while the top of the bottle merges into a round pouring neck. The neck of the first bottle variant shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the photograph - Fig. 8 is covered with a thread, while the neck of the second bottle variant shown in the drawing - Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, and in the photograph Fig. 10 is finished with a circumferential external flange. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir part of the bottle in the form of a slender, asymmetrical geometric solid with a base larger than the top. The top and the base are in the shape of quadrangles, in which two opposite sides have the outline of arcs offset from each other, while the other two sides are straight lines. Meanwhile, between the bottom and the top, the bottle is shaped in such a way that in cross-section, its front is convex in an arc, the back is concave, and one of the sides is almost flat.
