Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 9 kwietnia 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach obrazuja- cych widok butelki, przy czym: Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok ogólny butelki wykonanej w czterech odmianach, Fig. 2 -obrazuje widok ogólny butelki z przodu i z boku pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 3 -przedstawia wierzch i dno pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 4 -obrazuje widok ogólny butelki z przodu i z boku drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 5 -przedstawia wierzch i dno drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 6 -obrazuje widok ogólny butelki z przodu i z boku trzeciej odmiany butelki,Fig. 7 -obrazuje widok ogólny butelki z przodu i od strony dna czwartej odmiany butelki, Butelka przedstawiona jest równiez na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: Fig. 8 - przedstawia widok z przodu pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig. 9 - przedstawia widok z boku pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig.10 -przedstawia widok z przodu drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig.11- przedstawia widok z boku drugiej odmiany butelki, Fig. 12- przedstawia widok od strony dna pierwszej odmiany butelki, Fig.13- przedstawia widok z przodu trzeciej odmiany butelki, Fig.14- przedstawia widok z boku trzeciej odmiany butelki, Fig. 15- przedstawia widok z przodu czwartej odmiany butelki, Fig.16- przedstawia widok z boku trzeciej odmiany butelki, Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa w postaci smuklej figury geometrycznej, której podstawa stanowiaca dno butelki ma ksztalt kola. Natomiast przekrój poprzeczny tej czesci zbiornikowej przy podstawie ma ksztalt okregu, zas wyzej przyjmuje postac zmieniajacej sie elipsy tak, ze w miare oddalania sie od dna wieksza srednica tej elipsy zwieksza sie, natomiast zmniej- sza sie jej srednica mniejsza. W widoku z przodu scianki przednia i tylna rozsze- rzaja sie liniowo w miare oddalania sie od dna przy jednoczesnym liniowym zwe- zaniu sie jej scianek bocznych. Górne krawedzie scianek stanowia punkt przegie- cia, po którym przechodza po pochylych odcinkach w plaski fragment wypuklego wierzchu, na którym osadzona jest osiowo cylindryczna szyjka. W pierwszej i drugiej odmianie butelki wspomniane nachylenie (a) widoczne od przodu wynosi okolo 24 0 natomiast w trzeciej i czwartej odmianie butelki nachylenie to wynosi okolo 12°. Przy czym szyjka w pierwszej i trzeciej odmianie uwidocznionej na foto- grafii - Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 6, i rysunku - Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 12, Fig. 13 zaopatrzona jest w gwint Natomiast szyjka w drugiej i czwartej odmianie uwidocznionej na foto- grafii - Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 7 i rysunku - Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 15, Fig. 16 zakonczona jest obwodowym zewnetrznym kolnierzem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki. Ma ona postac smuklej figury geometrycznej, której podstawa stanowiaca dno butelki ma ksztalt kola. Natomiast jej przekrój poprzeczny przy podstawie ma ksztalt okregu, zas wyzej przyjmuje postac zmieniajacej sie elipsy tak, ze w miare oddalania sie od dna wieksza srednica tej elipsy zwieksza sie, natomiast zmniej-sza sie jej srednica mniejsza. W widoku z przodu scianka przednia i scianka tylna rozszerzaja sie liniowo w miare oddalania sie od dna, przy jednoczesnym liniowym zwezaniu sie jej scianek bocznych. Górne krawedzie scianek stanowia punkt przegiecia, po którym przechodza po pochylych odcinkach w plaski fragment wy- puklego wierzchu, na którym osadzona jest osiowo cylindryczna szyjka. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfumery liquids. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object suitable for multiple reproduction. The new and original form of the object is manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs illustrating views of the bottle, wherein: Fig. 1 - shows a general view of the bottle made in four varieties, Fig. 2 - shows a general view of the bottle from the front and side of the first variety of the bottle, Fig. 3 - shows the top and bottom of the first variety of the bottle, Fig. 4 - shows a general view of the bottle from the front and side of the second variety of the bottle, Fig. 5 - shows the top and bottom of the second variety of the bottle, Fig. 6 - shows a general view of the bottle from the front and side of the third variety of the bottle, Fig. 7 - shows a general view of the bottle from the front and from the bottom of the fourth bottle variant. The bottle according to the industrial design has a reservoir part in the form of a slender geometric figure, the base of which, constituting the bottom of the bottle, is circular. The cross-section of this reservoir section is circular at the base, while higher up it takes the form of a varying ellipse, so that as it moves away from the bottom, the larger diameter of this ellipse increases, while its smaller diameter decreases. In the front view, the front and rear walls expand linearly as it moves away from the bottom, while the side walls simultaneously narrow linearly. The upper edges of the walls constitute a point of inflection, after which they transition, along inclined sections, into a flat section of the convex top, on which the cylindrical neck is axially mounted. In the first and second bottle varieties, the aforementioned inclination (a) seen from the front is approximately 24°, while in the third and fourth bottle varieties, this inclination is approximately 12°. The neck in the first and third variants shown in the photographs - Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 6, and the drawings - Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 12, Fig. 13 is provided with a thread. On the other hand, the neck in the second and fourth variants shown in the photographs - Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 7 and the drawings - Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 15, Fig. 16 is terminated with a circumferential external flange. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir part of the bottle. It has the form of a slender geometric figure, the base of which, constituting the bottom of the bottle, is circular. Its cross-section at the base is circular, while higher up it takes the form of a changing ellipse, so that with distance from the bottom the larger diameter of this ellipse increases while its smaller diameter decreases. In the front view, the front and rear walls expand linearly with distance from the bottom, while their side walls simultaneously narrow linearly. The upper edges of the walls constitute an inflection point, after which they pass along inclined sections into a flat fragment of the convex top, on which an axially cylindrical neck is mounted.
