Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a bottle as shown in the drawings; the first variant of the bottle has an upper portion and a lower portion; the lower portion has a cylindrical section which merges through a beveled shoulder into a slightly larger cylindrical area which curves inwards to a bottom surface; the inwardly curved surface has a series of spaced-apart grooves which are generally oblong in bottom view and extend part way across the bottom surface of the bottle; the grooves are alternately shorter and longer with the longer grooves extending into a central area of the bottom surface defined by concentric circles; the upper end of the lower section of the bottle merges through a beveled shoulder into the lower end of the upper portion of the bottle; the upper portion has a gradually tapered neck section and a series of contiguous identical outwardly curved raised areas extending most of the height of the upper portion; the curved raised areas have upper and lower scalloped end sections; the upper end section of the curved raised areas merges into a smooth upper end of the neck portion which in turn merges into an annular upper raised collar portion; the curved raised areas have equally spaced-apart generally rectangular circumferentially extending recessed areas having smooth inner surfaces with lettering thereon.The second variant of the bottle is more elongated than the first variant of the bottle.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1.1 is a perspective view of a first variant of the design of a bottle;Fig. 1.2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.3 is a side elevation view thereof;Fig. 1.4 is an enlarged top view thereof; andFig. 1.5 is an enlarged bottom view thereof;Fig. 2.1 is a perspective view of a second variant of the design of the bottle;Fig. 2.2 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.3 is a side elevation view thereof;Fig. 2.4 is an enlarged top view thereof; andFig. 2.5 is an enlarged bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
