Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac bidonu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna czesci srodkowej bidonu, ograniczona od góry 1 od dolu drobna faza obwodowa, posiada na calym swym obwodzie nieregularnie rozmieszczone wglebienia, zorientowanie zasadniczo poziomo, w ksztalcie po- dluznych falistych pasemek o zblizonej dlugosci, podobnym ksztalcie i przesunie- tych nieco wzgledem siebie na calej szerokosci tej czesci. Natomiast powierzchnia zewnetrzna w czesci górnej bidonu posiada ksztalt kopuly majacej u dolu i na calym swym obwodzie obwodowe wglebienie rowkowe w ksztalcie splaszczonej sinusoidy wypukloscia skierowane do dolu, zasadniczo w miejscu odpowiadajacym osi symetrii bidonu, nad która w widoku z przodu i od tylu kopula ta posiada dodatkowe elementy ozdobne w ksztalcie dwóch przylegaja- cych do siebie wglebien trójkatnych o róznej wielkosci, oraz na koncu krótka czesc cylindryczna z kolnierzem w ksztalcie talerzowej podkladki zakonczona gwintem. PL PLWater Bottle The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from January 17, 2001. Priority: July 17, 2000 WIPO The subject of the ornamental design is a water bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of the water bottle, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. The ornamental design of the water bottle is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the water bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the same water bottle from the back, Fig. 3 shows the same water bottle from the side (right side), Fig. 4 shows the same water bottle from the side (left side), Fig. 5 shows the same water bottle from the top, and Fig. 6 shows the same water bottle from the bottom. The water bottle has a shape similar to a cylindrical solid, flattened on both sides on the two opposite lateral surfaces. Its external surface in the lower part lying at the bottom has, when viewed from each side, a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners at the bottom, and has on the side and at the bottom a number of recesses of different shape and size, substantially identical on each pair of opposite sides of this part, wherein in the front and back view the external surface has one larger, centrally located recess in the shape of an oval bent downwards and several smaller recesses arranged on the circumference of the outline of this surface, of which the lateral recesses, in pairs opposite, have in this view a shape resembling leaves with their tops turned towards the oval, and the lower recesses located symmetrically in relation to the axis of the bottle at the edge of the bottom have on the side a shape resembling small incisions with an outline similar to a rectangle, and in the view from the bottom of the bottle they have the form of radial grooves widened from the side of the centrally located circular outline of its middle, while in the side view, from the right side, and in the side view, from the left side, the outer surface of this part of the bottle has a number of parallel recesses, arranged in pairs and offset with respect to each other, which are oriented horizontally and have the shape of longitudinal wavy stripes of essentially the same length and additionally, essentially at half of their height, arc-shaped recesses with a convexity directed towards the center. The outer surface of the central part of the bottle, limited from the top and from the bottom by a fine peripheral bevel, has irregularly spaced recesses along its entire circumference, oriented essentially horizontally, in the form of elongated wavy stripes of similar length, similar shape and slightly shifted relative to each other along the entire width of this part. The outer surface of the upper part of the bottle has the shape of a dome with a circumferential groove at the bottom and along its entire circumference in the shape of a flattened sinusoid with the convexity directed downwards, generally in a place corresponding to the axis of symmetry of the bottle, above which, in the front and rear view, the dome has additional decorative elements in the shape of two adjacent triangular recesses of different sizes, and at the end a short cylindrical part with a flange in the shape of a disc-shaped washer terminated with a thread.
