Butelka z zakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 03 listopada 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zakretka, stosowana do konfekcjonowania plynów i past uzywanych w gospodarstwach domowych, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke z zakretka w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - przedstawiono widok dnabutelki, fig. 4 - przedstawiono w widoku z tylu górna czesc butelki pokazanej na fig. 1, zaopatrzona w wylewke, fig. 5 - przedstawiono odmiane górnej czesci butelki w widoku od czola, fig. 6 - przedstawiono w widoku z tylu górna czesc butelki pokazanej na fig. 5, zaopatrzona w zakretke, fig. 7 - przedstawiono górna czesc butelki z odmiana szyjki w widoku od czola, fig. 8 - przedstawiono w widoku z tylu górna czesc butelki pokazanej na fig. 7, zaopatrzona w zakretke. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka z zakretka ma korpus z wydzielona czescia dolna o ksztalcie walca, zaopatrzona we wklesle dno otoczone dwoma wypuklymi pólpierscieniami, nieznacznie taliowana w stosunku do dolnej i górnej czesci, walcowa czesc srodkowa oraz górna czesc o ksztalcie walca, która zaopatrzona jest w cztery elipsoidalne wglebienia rozmieszczone symetrycznie na jej obwodzie. Górne krawedzie górnej czesci sa zaokraglone tworzac plaskie sklepienie butelki, na którym w jego srodkowej czesci jest gwintowana szyjka. Odmiana szyjki butelki spoczywa na podstawie o ksztalcie stozka scietego i cienkim cylindrycznym pierscieniu i jest zaopatrzona w stozkowa wylewke oraz odmiane zakretki o ksztalcie stozka scietego z ryflowana na obwodzie powierzchnia. Inna odmiana szyjki butelki ma ksztalt cylindryczny i zaopatrzona jest w odmiane zakretki o ksztalcie dwóch róznej srednicy walców nalozonych na siebie, przy czym dolny walec ma ryflowana na obwodzie powierzchnie. Kolejna odmiana szyjki butelki spoczywa na podstawie o ksztalcie stozka scietego, cienkim cylindrycznym pierscieniu, walcowym pierscieniu i zaopatrzona jest w odmiane zakretki o ksztalcie walca, którego górne krawedzie sa zaokraglone.Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru przemyslowego 1. As shown in the drawing, the bottle with a screw cap has a body with a separate cylindrical lower part, equipped with a concave bottom surrounded by two convex half-rings, slightly waisted relative to the lower and upper parts, a cylindrical middle part, and a cylindrical upper part, which is equipped with four ellipsoidal recesses arranged symmetrically around its circumference. The upper edges of the upper part are rounded, creating a flat bottle vault, which has a threaded neck in its central part. The neck variant rests on a truncated cone-shaped base with a thin cylindrical ring and is equipped with a conical spout, and the cap variant is truncated cone-shaped with a grooved surface around the circumference. Another type of bottle neck has a cylindrical shape and is equipped with a type of cap in the shape of two cylinders of different diameters superimposed on each other, with the lower cylinder having a grooved surface around the circumference. Another variant of the bottle neck rests on a base in the shape of a truncated cone, a thin cylindrical ring, a cylindrical ring and is provided with a variant of the cap in the shape of a cylinder, the upper edges of which are rounded.
