Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uszko naczynia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, o indywidualnym charakterze, postac uszka naczynia, przejawiajaca sie w jego konturze, ksztalcie, i usytuowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na rysunku, na którym: Fig. 1 - przedstawia wzór w widoku od strony czolowej, Fig. 2 - przedstawia wzór w widoku z boku, Fig. 3 - przedstawia wzór w widoku aksonometrycznym, a Fig. 4 - przedstawia wzór w widoku z góry.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Uszko ma ksztalt owalny. Dluzsza os owalu jest usytuowana pod katem do pionowej osi symetrii naczynia, do którego to naczynia przylega uszko. Szerokosc uszka zmienia sie w taki sposób, ze najszersza czesc uszka usytuowana jest najblizej scianki naczynia, do którego to naczynia przylega uszko, a w miare zwiekszania sie odleglosci od scianki naczynia, uszko zmniejsza symetrycznie swoja szerokosc w sposób plynny. PLThe industrial design is for a vessel handle. The essence of the industrial design is a new, unique form of the vessel handle, manifested in its contour, shape, and positioning. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the design from the front, Fig. 2 shows the design from the side, Fig. 3 shows the design from an axonometric view, and Fig. 4 shows the design from above. Essential features of the industrial design: The handle is oval. The longer axis of the oval is positioned at an angle to the vertical axis of symmetry of the vessel to which the handle adheres. The width of the loop changes in such a way that the widest part of the loop is located closest to the wall of the vessel to which the loop is attached, and as the distance from the vessel wall increases, the loop decreases its width symmetrically in a smooth manner.
