The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The protective description of Polish ornamental design no. Rz. 11699 describes a spice set consisting of a container – a shallow, oval tray – and two jars of spices placed on it. In turn, the protective description of Polish ornamental design Rz. 13099 and the application description of Polish utility model W.97139 describe spice sets in the form of a quadrangular, shallow container with four jars placed within. The container has a vertical handle with a profiled rectangular opening in the center. The spice jar container based on the industrial design is shown in six variations in the attached drawing, of which Fig. 1 + 6 depict variations of the container from the front, while Fig. 1a + 6a depict variations from the top. The spice jar container in all variations takes the form of an open-topped vessel mounted on a stand or legs and provided with a handle. In a top view, it has an elongated outline. The first container based on the industrial design is mounted on a flat base, in a top view, has a figure-like outline formed by two halves of an ellipse connected by straight lines, and is equipped with an arc-shaped cable of constant width extending in arcs from the vessel walls and extending above the container along its longer axis. The second container, as designed, is mounted on legs. Viewed from above, it has a figure-like outline formed by two semicircles connected by straight lines, and has raised, inward-curving side walls, as well as an arc-shaped cable extending from them, running above the container along its longer axis. The cable is wider at the outer sections and narrower in the middle. The third container, as designed, is mounted on a flat base. Viewed from above, it has a figure-like outline formed by two semicircles connected by straight lines, and has raised, inward-curving side walls, so that when viewed from the side, it resembles a boat. The raised side walls have cutouts that serve as handles. The fourth container, according to the design, is mounted on legs. When viewed from above, it has the outline of a figure formed by two semicircles connected by straight lines. It has raised and inward-curving side walls, so that when viewed from the side, it resembles a boat. The raised side walls have cutouts that act as handles. The fifth container, according to the design, is mounted on a flat base. When viewed from above, it has the outline of a figure formed by two circle segments connected by straight lines. It has a raised, inward-curving, and sharply pointed side wall on one side, so that when viewed from the side, it resembles a scorpion. The sixth container, according to the design, is mounted on legs and, when viewed from above, has the outline of a figure formed by two segments of a circle connected by straight lines. It also has raised, inward-curving, and sharply pointed side walls that function as handles.
