Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na sloiki z przy- prawami, przeznaczony do uzytku zwlaszcza w gospodarstwach do- mowych i lokalach gastronomicznych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika prze- jawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Z opisu ochronnego polskiego wzoru zdobniczego nr Rz. 11699 znany jest zestaw do przypraw zlozony z pojemnika - plytkiej, owalnej tacki oraz ustawionych na niej dwóch sloików z przyprawami. Z kolei z opisu ochronnego polskiego wzoru zdobniczego Rz. 13099 i z opisu zgloszeniowego polskiego wzoru uzytkowego W.97139 znane sa komplety do przypraw majace postac czworokatnego, plytkiego po- jemnika z umieszczonymi w nim czterema sloiczkami. Pojemnik na sloiki z przyprawami wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach na zalaczonym rysunku, któ- rego Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 przedstawiaja kolejno odmiany pojemnika w wido- ku z przodu, a Fig. la i Fig. 2a - w przekroju poprzecznym. Pojemnik na sloiki z przyprawami we obydwóch odmianach ma po- stac otwartego od góry naczynia zaopatrzonego w uchwyt, a w widoku z góry posiada wydluzony zarys.Pierwszy pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada plaskie dno spelniajace role podstawy, lukowo wygiete sciany przednia i tylna oraz sciany boczne lukowo wznoszace sie ku górze, w kierunku sciany tylnej. Drugi pojemnik wedlug wzoru posiada dno od zewnatrz plaskie spelniajace role podstawy, a od wewnatrz dwupoziomowe. Sciany przednia i tylna sa lukowo wygiete, a sciany boczne lukowo wznosza sie ku górze w kierunku sciany tylnej, która jest znacznie wyzsza od pozostalych scian. Sciana ta w widoku z przodu zweza sie ku górze, a w widoku z boku jest nieco nachylona ku przodowi i spelnia równo- czesnie role uchwytu. Nizszy poziom dna usytuowany jest od strony sciany przedniej, a wyzszy poziom od strony sciany tylnej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : - pojemnik na sloiki z przyprawami ma postac otwartego od góry naczynia zaopatrzonego w uchwyt, a w widoku z góiy posiada wydluzony zarys; - pojemnik posiada lukowo wygiete sciany przednia i tylna oraz krawedzie scian bocznych lukowo wznoszace sie ku górze w kierunku sciany tyl- nej, przy czym tylna sciana jest znacznie wyzsza od pozostalych scian oraz w widoku z przodu zweza sie ku górze, natomiast w widoku z boku jest nieco nachylona ku przodowi i spelnia równoczesnie role uchwytu; - w pierwszej odmianie pojemnik posiada plaskie dno spelniajace role podstawy; - pojemnik w drugiej odmianie posiada dno od zewnatrz plaskie, spelnia- jace role podstawy, a od wewnatrz dwupoziomowe, przy czym nizszy po-ziom dna usytuowany jest od strony sciany przedniej, a wyzszy poziom od strony sciany tylnej. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The protective description of Polish ornamental design no. Rz. 11699 describes a spice set consisting of a container – a shallow, oval tray – and two jars of spices placed on it. In turn, the protective description of Polish ornamental design Rz. 13099 and the application description of Polish utility model W.97139 describe spice sets in the form of a quadrangular, shallow container with four jars placed within. The container has a vertical handle with a profiled rectangular opening in the center. The spice jar container based on the industrial design is shown in two variations in the attached drawing, of which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the variations from the front, and Fig. 1a and Fig. 2a show cross-sectional views. Both variations of the spice jar container take the form of an open-topped vessel equipped with a handle, and when viewed from above, it has an elongated outline. The first industrial design container has a flat bottom serving as a base, arched front and back walls, and side walls that arc upward toward the back wall. The back wall is significantly higher than the front wall. This wall tapers upward in the front view, and in the side view, it is slightly inclined forward and also serves as a handle. The second container, according to the design, has a bottom that is flat on the outside, acting as a base, and two-level on the inside. The front and back walls are curved, and the side walls rise upward in an arc towards the back wall, which is significantly higher than the other walls. This wall tapers upward in the front view, and in the side view, it is slightly inclined forward and also serves as a handle. The lower level of the bottom is located on the front wall side, and the upper level on the back wall side. Significant features of the industrial design: - the container for spice jars has the form of a vessel open at the top, equipped with a handle, and in the top view, it has an elongated outline; - the container has arched front and back walls and the edges of the side walls arch upwards towards the back wall, where the back wall is significantly higher than the other walls and in the front view it narrows upwards, while in the side view it is slightly inclined towards the front and also serves as a handle; - in the first variant, the container has a flat bottom that acts as a base; - in the second variant, the container has a flat bottom on the outside, acting as a base, and on the inside, a two-level bottom, with the lower level of the bottom located on the front wall side and the higher level on the back wall side.
