Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika prze- jawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Z opisu ochronnego polskiego wzoru zdobniczego nr Rz.11699 znany jest zestaw do przypraw zlozony z pojemnika - plytkiej, owalnej tacki oraz ustawionych na niej dwóch sloików z przyprawami. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the container, reflected in its shape. The protective description of Polish ornamental design no. Rz.11699 describes a spice set consisting of a container—a shallow, oval tray—and two jars of spices placed on it. In turn, the protective description of Polish ornamental design Rz. 13099 and the application description of Polish utility model W.97139 describe spice sets in the form of a quadrangular, shallow container with four jars placed within. The container has a vertical handle with a profiled rectangular opening in the center. The spice jar container based on the industrial design is shown in two variations in the attached drawing, of which Figs. 1 and 2 show the variants of the container in front view, and Figs. 1a and 2a show the variants of the container in cross-section. In all variations, the spice jar container takes the form of an open-topped vessel mounted on a stand or legs and provided with a handle, and in a top view, it has an elongated outline. The first industrial design container has a flat bottom serving as a base and arched front and rear walls. The front edges of the side walls rise upward toward the rear wall, which is significantly higher than the front wall. The rear wall in the front view has a rectangular outline, and in the side view it is curved forward, acting as a handle. The tenth container in the design has a bottom that is flat on the outside, acting as a base, and two-level on the inside. The front and rear walls are curved upward, and the front edges of the side walls rise upward in an arc towards the rear wall. The rear wall is significantly higher than the front wall. This wall in the front view has a rectangular outline, and in the side view it is curved forward, acting as a handle. The lower level of the bottom is located on the front wall side, and the upper level on the rear wall side. Essential features of the industrial design: - the container for spice jars has the form of a vessel open at the top and provided with a handle, and in a top view has an elongated outline; - the container has arched front and back walls and the front edges of the side walls rising upwards towards the back wall, wherein the back wall is significantly higher than the front wall, in the front view has a rectangular outline, and in a side view is arched towards the front and simultaneously serves as a handle; - in the first variant, the container has a flat bottom acting as a base; - in the second variant, the container has a flat bottom on the outside, acting as a base, and a two-level bottom on the inside, with the lower level of the bottom situated on the side of the front wall and the higher level on the side of the back wall.
