Szpadel Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szpadel przeznaczony do przesypywania materialów sypkich znajdujacy zastosowanie w pracach ziemnych itp. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce, ukladzie linii oraz rodzaju zastosowanego materialu. Pomiedzy ramionami raczki umocowany jest walcowy uchwyt. The design is presented in photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the spade from the front, Fig. 2 shows the spade from the back, and Fig. 3 shows the same spade from the side. According to the design, the spade consists of a working part and a handle with a handle. The working part is a rectangular piece of sheet metal, gently curved along a vertical axis. The working part ends at the top with a short edge bent towards the interior at an angle approaching 90°, while the bottom ends with a gently curved blade. The entire inner and outer surfaces of the working part are smooth. The working part is inseparably attached to a handle made of oval tubing. The end of the handle, where it connects to the working part, is cut and profiled to match the curvature of the spade's working part. At a distance of approximately 1/5 of the entire handle length, measured from the upper edge of the working part, the handle is curved, then becomes a straight section so that when the spade is held horizontally, the clearance between the edge of the handle and the surface is 0 to 4 cm. An anti-slip cover made of heat-shrinkable foil is placed on the handle. Attached to the end of the handle is a handle in the form of a clamp, which at the top extends into two arms with a cross-sectional arc, with the arms arranged perpendicular to the shovel's handle and then bent upwards, rounding at the corners so that together they form a shape resembling an open rectangle. A cylindrical handle is attached between the arms of the handle. The working part, handle, and part of the handle are olive green, the anti-slip cover is black, and the oval handle is the color of natural wood. Essential features of the industrial design: 1.
