Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rondel aluminiowy przeznaczony do przygotowania po- traw. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia rondel w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia fragment istotnego elementu rondla – srebrna ryse na obwodzie, fig. 3 przedstawia wnetrze rondla w widoku z boku, fig. 4 przedstawia uchwyt rondla w rzucie aksonometrycznym. Rondel jest naczyniem kuchennym o ksztalcie okregu w widoku z góry, wykonanym z kutego aluminium. Rondel posiada wysokosc 8,0 cm, srednice 16,8 cm i grubosc od 2,4 do 4,0 mm, a wraz z zamo- cowanym uchwytem posiada dlugosc 33,5 cm. Ochronie podlega ksztalt i proporcje rondla. Wewnatrz rondel posiada czarna jednolita, powloke. Na zewnatrz rondel posiada powloke w kolorze czarnym. W górnej czesci na obrzezu posiada delikatne pogrubienie a w dolnej czesci, na wysokosci okolo 1/3 od dna dookola posiada ozdobny srebrny pasek w formie wglebienia. Rondel wyposazony jest w czarny uchwyt. W widoku z góry uchwyt ma wydluzony ksztalt litery „I" szerszy przy nasadzie, nastepnie zwezajacy sie i ponownie lekko poszerzajacy sie. Na koncu uchwytu, w szerszej czesci znajduje sie otwór o ksztalcie elipsy. Uchwyt w widoku z boku wygiety jest w bardzo delikatny ksztalt luku. Uchwyt przymocowany jest do rondla w górnej czesci krawedzi. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Rondel jest naczyniem kuchennym o ksztalcie okregu w widoku z góry, wykonanym z kutego aluminium. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edge lines of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which: Fig. 1 shows the pot in a side view, Fig. 2 shows a fragment of an important element of the pot - a silver scratch on the circumference, Fig. 3 shows the inside of the pot in a side view, Fig. Fig. 4 shows the pot handle in an axonometric projection. A saucepan is a kitchen vessel in the shape of a circle in the top view, made of forged aluminum. The pot has a height of 8.0 cm, a diameter of 16.8 cm and a thickness of 2.4 to 4.0 mm, and with the attached handle it is 33.5 cm long. The shape and proportions of the pot are protected. Inside, the pot has a uniform black coating. The outside of the pot has a black coating. In the upper part, it has a slight thickening on the edge, and in the lower part, approximately 1/3 from the bottom, it has a decorative silver strip in the form of a recess around it. The pot is equipped with a black handle. In the top view, the handle has an elongated "I" shape, wider at the base, then narrowing and then slightly widening again. At the end of the handle, in the wider part, there is an ellipse-shaped hole. In the side view, the handle is bent into a very delicate shape. The handle is attached to the pot in the upper part of the edge. The pot has a uniform black coating on the outside. The pot is made of forged aluminum on the outside it has a black coating. It has a slightly thickened edge in the upper part and a decorative silver strip in the form of a recess in the lower part, from the top. The handle is elongated in the top view the letter "I" is wider at the base, then narrows and then slightly widens again. At the end of the handle, in the wider part, there is an ellipse-shaped hole. The side view of the handle is bent into a very delicate arch shape. The handle is attached to the pot at the top of the edge. PL
