Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest patelnia aluminiowa przeznaczona do przygotowania potraw. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Patelnia jest naczyniem kuchennym o ksztalcie okregu w widoku z góry wykonanym z kutego aluminium. Patelnia posiada wysokosc 5,8 cm, srednice 22,5 cm i grubosc od 2,4 do 4,0 mm, a wraz z zamocowanym uchwytem posiada dlugosc 40,0 cm. Ochronie podlega ksztalt i proporcje patelni. Wewnatrz patelnia posiada czarna jednolita powloke. Na zewnatrz patelnia posiada powloke w kolorze czarnym. W górnej czesci na obrzezu posiada delikatne pogrubienie a w dolnej czesci, na wysokosci 1/3 od dna dookola posiada ozdobny srebrny pasek w formie wglebienia. Patelnia wyposazona jest w czarny wydluzony uchwyt typu soft touch. W widoku z góry uchwyt ma wydluzony ksztalt litery „I" szerszy przy nasadzie, nastepnie zwezajacy sie i ponownie lekko poszerzajacy sie. Na koncu uchwytu, w szerszej czesci znajduje sie otwór o ksztalcie elipsy. Uchwyt w widoku z boku wygiety jest w bardzo delikatny ksztalt luku. Uchwyt przymocowany jest do patelni w górnej czesci krawedzi. Pogrubione dno patelni pokryte jest specjalna powierzchnia wyposazona w kólka o róznej srednicy ulozone malejaco tworzac okregi. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the lines of the edges of its elements. The subject of the industrial design has been presented in the attached illustrative material, in which: Fig. 1 shows the frying pan in a side view, Fig. 2 shows a fragment of an important element of the frying pan - a silver scratch on the circumference, Fig. 3 shows the frying pan in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the external view of the bottom of the frying pan, Fig. 5 shows the handle of the frying pan in a side view, Fig. 6 shows the inner part of the frying pan in a top view. The frying pan is a kitchen vessel in the shape of a circle in a top view made of forged aluminum. The pan is 5.8 cm high, has a diameter of 22.5 cm and a thickness of 2.4 to 4.0 mm, and with the attached handle is 40.0 cm long. The shape and proportions of the pan are protected. Inside, the pan has a black uniform coating. Outside, the pan has a black coating. In the upper part, on the edge, it has a delicate thickening and in the lower part, at a height of 1/3 from the bottom, it has a decorative silver strip in the form of a recess. The pan is equipped with a black, elongated, soft-touch handle. In the top view, the handle has an elongated "I" shape, wider at the base, then narrowing and slightly widening again. At the end of the handle, in the wider part, there is an opening in the shape of an ellipse. In the side view, the handle is bent into a very delicate arc shape. The handle is attached to the pan at the upper part of the edge. The thickened bottom of the pan is covered with a special surface equipped with wheels of different diameters arranged in decreasing order to create circles.
