Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie depilatora elektrycznego. Depilator umozliwia depilacje w obszarach ciala pod pachami, na linii bikini itp. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia depilator elektryczny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- depilator w widoku z przodu, fig.3- depilator w widoku z tylu, fig.4- depilator w widoku z boku, fig.5- depilator w widoku zdrugiego boku, fig.6- depilator w widoku z góry, a fig.7- depilator w widoku z dolu. Depilator elektryczny, obejmujacy dwusegmentowa przystawke depilacyjna oraz przystawke z lodem wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne : segment górny przystawki depilacyjnej, stanowiacy glowice depilacyjna, ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys trapezu równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi narozami i lukowata wieksza podstawa, zas segment dolny ma zarys pólowalu. Przystawka z lodem jest dluzsza od przystawki depilacyjnej i usytuowana jest przylegajaco do sciany tylnej przystawki depilacyjnej, przy czym w widoku z przodu i z tylu, ma zarys pólowalu, a z jej górnej sciany wypietrzona jest profilowana nakladka, majaca w widoku z boku, zarys litery „C", która zachodzi nad powierzchnie górna glowicy depilacyjnej. W czesci centralnej profilowanej nakladki znajduje sie wybranie o zarysie trapezu, w polu, którego widoczne sa talerzyki depilacyjne. W polu sciany przedniej segmentu dolnego przystawki depilacyjnej znajduje sie owalny obszar, w którym usytuowany jest suwak o zarysie kolistym, a w polu sciany przedniej przystawki z lodem widoczny jest kolisty przycisk ograniczony pólowalnymi obszarami. Ponadto wysokosc glowicy depilacyjnej stanowi w przyblizeniu 1/4 wysokosci calego depilatora, a jej szerokosc jest nieco mniejsza od szerokosci segmentu dolnego przystawki depilacyjnej, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.FIG . 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3FIG. 4 FIG. 5 FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PLJamie Craig McCurrach The design registration is valid from: 29 January 2003 Priority: 30 July 2002 (WIPO) The subject of the industrial design is an electric epilator. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the electric epilator. The epilator enables depilation of body areas under the armpits, on the bikini line, etc. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the electric epilator in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the epilator in a front view, fig. 3 - the epilator in a back view, fig. 4 - the epilator in a side view, fig. 5 - the epilator in a side view, fig. 6 - the epilator in a top view, and fig. 7 - the epilator in a bottom view. The electric epilator, comprising a two-segment epilation attachment and an ice attachment, based on an industrial design, has the following essential features: the upper segment of the epilation attachment, constituting the epilation head, has, in front and rear views, the outline of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded corners and a larger arc-shaped base, while the lower segment has a semi-oval shape. The ice attachment is longer than the epilation attachment and is located adjacent to the rear wall of the epilation attachment. In front and rear views, it has a semi-oval shape. From its upper wall, a profiled attachment protrudes, having the shape of the letter "C" in side view, which overlaps the upper surface of the epilation head. In the central part of the profiled attachment, there is a trapezoidal recess, within which the epilation plates are visible. In the front wall area of the lower segment of the epilation attachment, there is an oval area in which a circular slider is located, and in the front wall area of the ice attachment, there is a circular button bordered by semi-oval areas. Furthermore, the height of the epilation head is approximately 1/4 of the height of the entire epilator, and its width is slightly smaller than the width of the lower segment of the epilation attachment, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 7.
