Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy uniwersalny. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 shows a five-element universal furniture handle, fig. 2 - a three-element furniture handle, fig. 3 - a vertical section of the handle along the line A-A in fig. 1, fig. 4 - a vertical section of the handle along the line B-B in fig. 1, fig. 5 - the connector of the five-element handle in a front view with a partial vertical section along the line F-F in fig. 6, fig. 6 - the same connector in a top view, fig. 7 - the same connector in a bottom view, fig. 8 - the same connector in a side view, fig. 9 - the same connector in a vertical section along the line C-C in fig. 5, fig. 10 - the same connector in a vertical section along the line D-D in fig. 5, fig. 11 - the same the connector itself in a vertical cross-section along the line E-E in Fig. 5, Fig. 12 - the ending element of the universal furniture handle in a front view, Fig. 13 - the same handle in a top view, Fig. 14 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 15 - the same handle in a side view. The five-element universal furniture handle according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 consists of two tubular elements 1 connected to each other by a connector 2, the free ends of which are plugged with ending elements 3. The tubular elements I have a cross-sectional shape close to a trapezoid, the upper side of the base 4 of which is slightly concave. The connector 2 is a monolithic body composed of two arms 5 in the shape of a rectangular plate, having on its lower surface a rectangular opening 6 and two longitudinal ridges 7, and on the outer upper surface two identical longitudinal ridges 8, wherein both arms 5 are topped with a head 9, having in a side view a shape similar to a bold letter "T", and in cross-section the shape of a rectangular tubular element 10 terminated at its upper end with a channel element with inclined side walls H adjacent to the side walls 12 of the tubular element 1 and its slightly concave upper surface 13 with an identical profile as the profile of the upper surface of the tubular element 1. On the concave surface 13 of the head 9 there is a rectangular opening 14, and the lower tubular element of this head has an opening 15 with a square profile. In turn, the ending element 3 is a monolithic body composed of one arm 5, identical to that in the connector 2, and a head 9 also of identical shape to that in the connector 2, the front of which is completely plugged with a wall 16. In the five-element holder shown in Fig. 1, the arms 5 of the connector 2 are placed in the fronts of two tubular elements 1, and in their two outer fronts, the arms 5 of the ending elements 3 are placed. In the three-element holder shown in Fig. 2, the arms 5 of the ending elements 3 are placed in the fronts of one tubular element 1. Essential features of the industrial design The universal furniture handle shown in Figs. 1-15 is characterized in that: - it consists of two tubular elements 1 connected to each other by a connector 2, the free ends of which are plugged with ending elements 3; - it consists of a tubular element 1 plugged on both sides with end elements 3; - the tubular elements 1 have a cross-sectional shape close to a trapezoid, the upper side of the base 4 of which is slightly concave; - the connector 2 is a monolithic body composed of two arms 5 topped with a head 9, which in a side view has a shape close to a bold letter "T", wherein the arms 5 have the shape of rectangular plates provided with longitudinal ridges 7 and 8 on their surfaces, and the head 9 has a cross-sectional shape of a rectangular tubular element 10 terminated at the top with a channel element with inclined side walls and its slightly concave upper surface JL 3 provided with a rectangular opening 14; - the ending element 3 is a monolithic body composed of one arm 5 identical to the one in the connector 2, and a head 9 of the same shape as in the connector 2, wherein one front of this head is closed with a wall 16.
