Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslona otworu odwadniajacego , stosowany przy tworzywowych ramach okiennych. Istote wzoru stanowi noWa postac oslony otworu odwadniajacego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku w widoku z góiy na fig.l, przekroju poprzecznym na fig.2 oraz widoku z boku na fig.3. Oslona otworu odwadniajacego , z tworzywa sztucznego , wyposazona w zatrzaski mocujace posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, w widoku z góry jego podstawa jest w postaci trapezu .Osldtia posiada trzy powierzchnie boczne. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a drainage hole cover used with plastic window frames. The essence of the design is a new form of drainage hole cover, manifested in its shape and line layout. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing in a top view in Fig. 1, a cross-section in Fig. 2, and a side view in Fig. 3. The plastic drainage hole cover, equipped with fastening clips, has the following essential industrial design features: in a top view, its base is trapezoidal. The cover has three side surfaces.
