Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach na których Fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, a Fig. 2 jest widokiem uchwytu z boku. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ma postac bryly skladajacej sie z prostopadlosciennej plytki, której jedna z dluzszych krawedzi ma zgrubienie w ksztalcie walca kolowego. Do powierzchni bocznej tego walca polaczona jest druga plytka o ksztalcie prostokata. Na powierzchni tej plytki sa dwa rzedy punktowych wystepów. Druga plytka tworzy z plytka prostopadloscienna kat rozwarty wynoszacy korzystnie 135°. Plytka ta stanowi uchwyt wlasciwy uchwytu meblowego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ma postac bryly skladajacej sie z prostopadlosciennej plytki, której jedna z dluzszych krawedzi ma zgrubienie w ksztalcie walca kolowego. Do powierzchni bocznej tego walca polaczona jest druga plytka o ksztalcie prostokata. Korzystnie jest jezeli na powierzchni tej plytki sa dwa rzedy punktowych wystepów. Druga plytka tworzy z plytka prostopadloscienna kat rozwarty wynoszacy korzystnie 135°. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its functional value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 is a side view of the handle. The two-point furniture handle is in the form of a solid consisting of a cuboid plate, one of the longer edges of which has a thickening in the shape of a circular cylinder. A second rectangular plate is connected to the lateral surface of this cylinder. This plate has two rows of dot-like projections on its surface. The second plate forms an obtuse angle with the cuboid plate, preferably of 135°. This plate constitutes the handle proper of the furniture handle. Essential features of the industrial design: The two-point furniture handle is a solid consisting of a cuboid plate, one of whose longer edges has a thickening in the shape of a circular cylinder. A second rectangular plate is connected to the side surface of this cylinder. It is advantageous if the surface of this plate has two rows of dot-like projections.
