Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólka narozna przeznaczona do wyposazenia pomieszczen zwlaszcza lazienek. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1- przedstawia rysunek pólki naroznej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig 2 - rysunek górnego lub dolnego elementu pólki naroznej w widoku perspektywicznym od góiy, fig. 3 - rysunek górnego lub dolnego elementu pólki naroznej w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu, fig. 4 - rysunek srodkowego elementu pólki naroznej w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 5 - material ilustracyjny pólki naroznej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig 6 - material ilustracyjny górnego lub dolnego elementu pólki naroznej w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, fig. 7 - material ilustracyjny górnego lub dolnego elementu pólki naroznej w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu, zas fig. 8 przedstawia material ilustracyjny srodkowego elementu pólki naroznej w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Pólka narozna skladajaca sie z elementów charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada element dolny i górny o ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata równoramiennego z krawedzia zewnetrzna stanowiaca wycinek okregu oraz element srodkowy o ksztalcie zblizonym do katownika Wysokosc srodkowego elementu jest okolo 3-krotnie wieksza od dlugosci jego ramienia. Na powierzchni elementów, na srodkowych czesciach, usytuowane sa rzedy podluznych otworów, które na srodkowym elemencie umieszczone sa równolegle do krawedzi bocznych, zas na elemencie górnym i dolnym prostopadle do krawedzi zewnetrznej. Dlugosc tych podluznych otworów jest zasadniczo jednakowa, za wyjatkiem otworów przy krawedziach zewnetrznych, gdzie niektóre sa o okolo 1/3 dluzsze, a niektóre maja ksztalt okregu.Poza tym, górny i dolny element wzdluz krawedzi zewnetrznych posiada kolnierz stanowiacy jednoczesnie ogranicznik zapobiegajacy zsuwaniu sie produktów. Kolnierz od strony przyprostokatnych, od góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu, który od spodu, we wglebieniu, posiada jedynie wzmocnienia w ksztalcie prostokatów. Wzdluz krawedzi zewnetrznej kolnierz jest lagodnie zaokraglony. Ponadto, na kolnierzu od strony srodkowego elementu znajduje sie uskok odpowiadajacy szerokosci tegoz elementu, pozwalajacy na polaczeniu tych czesci. Element srodkowy, pizy krawedzi górnej i dolnej posiada pasy odpowiadajace wysokosci górnego i dolnego elementu, pozwalajace na polaczenie tych czesci . The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which fig. 1 shows a drawing of a corner shelf in a perspective view, fig. 2 shows a drawing of the upper or lower element of a corner shelf in a perspective view from above, fig. 3 shows a drawing of the upper or lower element of a corner shelf in a perspective view from below, fig. 4 shows a drawing of the middle element of a corner shelf in a perspective view from the front, fig. 5 shows a illustrative material of a corner shelf in a perspective view from above, fig. 6 shows a illustrative material of the upper or lower element of a corner shelf in a perspective view from above, fig. 7 shows a illustrative material of the upper or lower element of a corner shelf in a perspective view from below, and fig. 8 shows a illustrative material of the middle element of a corner shelf in a perspective view from the front. An important feature of the subject industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. A corner shelf composed of elements is characterized by a lower and upper element shaped similarly to an isosceles triangle, with the outer edge constituting a segment of a circle, and a central element shaped similarly to a square. The height of the central element is approximately three times greater than its length. Rows of elongated holes are located on the surface of the elements, in the central parts, parallel to the side edges, and on the upper and lower elements, perpendicular to the outer edge. The length of these elongated holes is essentially the same, except for the holes at the outer edges, where some are about 1/3 longer and some are circular. Furthermore, the upper and lower elements along the outer edges have a flange that also acts as a stop to prevent the products from sliding. The flange on the proximate sides is roughly cuboid-shaped from above, but has only rectangular reinforcements in the recess underneath. The flange is gently rounded along the outer edge. Furthermore, the flange on the middle element side has a step corresponding to the width of the element, allowing for the connection of these parts. The middle element, along the upper and lower edges, has strips corresponding to the height of the upper and lower elements, allowing for the connection of these parts.
