Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 uwidoczniono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym od strony podstawy, na fig. 2 uchwyt w widoku ogólnym oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, na której na fig. 3 przedsta- wiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym oraz na fig. 4, na której przedstawiono w widoku od strony podstawy. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do ceownika. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a general view from the base, Fig. 2 shows the handle in a general view, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the furniture handle in a general view and Fig. 4 shows it in a view from the base. The furniture handle is characterized by having a generally C-shaped shape when viewed from the side. The furniture handle shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is a tripartite block consisting of a silver connector in the shape of a prism with square bases, with wood-colored elements embedded at the ends, constituting its extensions with diagonally profiled front edges, and two silver supports detachably connected to it, formed into stylized C-sections, the lower part of which is square in cross-section, while the upper part - the bed - has the shape of an open square congruent with the outer outline of the connector embedded in it, but the supports are open on the side adjacent to the furniture and have mounting sleeves on their inner walls to facilitate bonding with the base.
