Niniejsze zgłoszenie dotyczy żelków, w których ilość białka wynosi co najmniej 75% wagowo, a maksymalna zawartość węglowodanów wynosi 18,69% i w których obecne są składniki funkcjonalne o następującym składzie: Białka: 75% - 91,69%, Węglowodany i/lub substancje słodzące: 1% – 18,69%, Substancje żelujące: 1% -10%, Aromaty: 0,01% - 5%, Barwniki: 0,01% - 5%, Składniki funkcjonalne (spożywcze i farmaceutyczne): 0,1% - 25%, Woda: 5% - 25%, Kwasy: 0,1% - 5% oraz modyfikatory pH. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania obejmujący następujące etapy: Przygotowywania masy bazowej poprzez wymieszanie białek i cukru; Przygotowywania masy organoleptycznej; Przygotowywania masy będącej mieszaniną jednego lub kilku składników funkcjonalnych; Mieszania wszystkich wymienionych poprzednio mas; Nanoszenia; Suszenia; Rozformowywania; Pakowania.
