Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy taśmy metalowej, która oprócz Fe, zawiera dodatkowo 0,01% - 0,2% C; 12% - 17% Cr; 4% - 8% Ni; 0% - 3,5% Cu; 0% - 0,5% Ti; 0% - 1,8% Si i 0% - 2% Mn. Sposób wytwarzania taśmy obejmuje etapy: dostarczenia metalowego materiału taśmowego o wstępnie zadanej grubości, szerokości i długości, nagrzewania aż do osiągnięcia temperatury żarzenia wstępnego między 90°C a 150°C, następującego bezpośrednio potem równomiernego nagrzania z temperatury żarzenia wstępnego do temperatury między 5°C a 60°C, poniżej zadanej temperatury docelowej w ciągu okresu między 2 h - 4 h, przy czym temperatura docelowa wynosi między 450°C a 700°C, następującego bezpośrednio potem równomiernego nagrzania do temperatury docelowej w ciągu 0,1 h - 1 h, utrzymywania temperatury docelowej w okresie 0,5 h - 2,5 h ("temperatura wygrzewania"), schłodzenia do temperatury dopalania między 200°C a 400°C w okresie między 0,5 h - 2,5 h, następującego bezpośrednio potem schłodzenia z temperatury dopalania do temperatury pokojowej.
