Abstract
Urządzenie do jednostkowego hartowania kół zębatych, wałków uzębionych, pierścieni łożyskowych i tym podobnych części urządzeń technicznych, pracujące w zespole pieca próżniowego, przy czym komora hartownicza (1) tego zespołu jest wyposażona w szczelne drzwi (2 i 3) do załadunku i rozładunku hartowanej części (14), charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz komory hartowniczej (1) są usytuowane: wymienny stolik (4), na którym układa się pojedynczą cześć (14) oraz otaczający ją układ wymiennych dysz (5), z kolei do wejścia komory hartowniczej (1) jest przyłączony zbiornik (6), dostarczający medium chłodzące do dysz (5), korzystnie powietrze lub też azot lub też argon lub też hel lub też wodór lub też dwutlenek węgla lub też ich mieszaniny, natomiast wyjście komory hartowniczej (1) jest połączone z wejściem zbiornika (7), odbierającego rozprężone medium chłodzące z komory hartowniczej (1), a ponadto pomiędzy obydwa zbiorniki (7 i 6) jest włączony kompresor (15), wymuszający przepływ medium chłodzącego w obiegu zamkniętym.
