Abstract
Proporcionar un método de producción y dispositivo de producción de un estabilizador hueco que permita realizar la carburación y el enfriamiento de un estabilizador hueco consecutivamente, ahorrar el tiempo necesario para la carburación y la energía consumida por cementación y no requerir un horno de cementación exclusivo para la cementación. Un método de producción de estabilizador hueco de un estabilizador hueco usado para un vehículo incluye unir un primer miembro (75) de montaje y un segundo miembro (82) de montaje respectivamente a un extremo (101) y otro extremo (102) de un tubo de acero (100) formado y calentar el tubo de acero (100). El método incluye alimentar un gas de cementación o carburación en el espacio interior (103) del tubo de acero (100) calentado a través del primer miembro (75) de montaje y recolectar el aire y/o el gas de cementación excedente del espacio interior (103) a través del segundo miembro de montaje (82) para cementar de este modo la superficie interna (105) del tubo de acero. El método incluye enfriar rápidamente el tubo de acero (100) calentado para apagar rápidamente de ese modo el tubo de acero (100) de forma continua desde la carburación o cementación.
