Abstract
Спосіб виготовлення високоміцної сталевої деталі, що має задані механічні властивості, які отримують за допомогою стандартної термообробки, що включає першу стандартну обробку і кінцеву стандартну обробку, яка включає принаймні перестарювання, спосіб, що містить стадію термообробки на устаткуванні, що включає принаймні пристрій перестарювання, для якого можна задати принаймні один експлуатаційний режим, кінцева обробка включає перестарювання, для якого можна розрахувати два параметри кінцевої обробки ОАР1 і ОАР2 залежно від експлуатаційного режиму пристрою перестарювання. Мінімальний ОAP1 min і максимальний ОАР2 max параметри кінцевої обробки визначають для того, щоб набути необхідних властивостей, принаймні один експлуатаційний режим секції пристрою перестарювання визначається таким чином, що ОAP1тOAP1 min і ОАР2іОАР2 max. Деталь піддають термообробці відповідним чином. Параметри є T(t) температурою у момент часу t формули (І).
