Abstract

The invention relates to chromosomal instability, and in particular to methods for scoring chromosomal instabilities. Chromosomal instability scores generated by such methods provide an effective means for correlating patient response to drug therapy, for example for treating cancer. The invention provides methods and apparatuses for scoring chromosomal instabilities, as well as computer-readable media programmed with software for carrying out these methods.
