Abstract

Un método para la fabricación de artículos de acero comprende nitrurar (210) un artículo de acero a una temperatura de nitrificación en el intervalo de 350-650°C, produciendo un artículo de acero nitrurado. El artículo de acero nitrurado se templa (220) en un aceite de templado reactivo desde la temperatura de nitrificación. El aceite de templado reactivo comprende al menos uno de S, P, B, Mo y W. De esta forma, el templado comprende adicionalmente el recubrimiento (222) del artículo de acero nitrurado con un lubricante sólido que comprende al menos uno de S, P, B, Mo y W. También se describe un aparato para la fabricación de artículos de acero, un aceite de templado y un artículo de acero producido por el método.
