前記窒化温度から反応性急冷油中に前記窒化鋼品を急冷する工程(220)と
を含み、
前記反応性急冷油が、S、P、B、Mo及びWの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記反応性急冷油が、前記急冷する工程(220)下で、前記窒化鋼品と反応して固体潤滑剤を形成できる油であり、
それによって、前記急冷する工程(220)が、更にS、P、B、Mo及びWの少なくとも1つを含む前記固体潤滑剤による、前記窒化鋼品のコーティング(222)を含む、
製造方法。 - 前記反応性急冷油が、S、P、B、Mo及びWを総量で少なくとも0.1重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
