Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest komora hartownicza, która zawiera element grzejny i czujnik temperatury, zaś pomiędzy wymiennikiem ciepła a zespołem wentylatora znajduje się kanał obejściowy, który na wejściu zawiera przesłony (11), zamontowane uchylnie bądź przesuwnie tak, że w położeniu otwierającym wejście do kanału obejściowego, zamykają co najmniej częściowo wejście do strefy wymiennika ciepła. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób kontrolowanego hartowania części, w którym okresowo pomijane jest przejście gazu chłodzącego przez wymiennik ciepła, przy czym pominięcie to realizowane jest z wykorzystaniem przesłon (11) kierujących gaz chłodzący do kanału obejściowego.
