Claims (4)
- 炉体内に設けられ、ヒーターを有して、ワークが熱処理される熱処理空間と連通可能な加熱流路と、上記炉体内に設けられ、クーラーを有して、上記熱処理空間と連通可能な冷却流路と、これら加熱流路と冷却流路のうちのいずれか一方を択一的に閉塞し、他方を上記熱処理空間と連通させるダンパーと、上記炉体内に設けられ、該炉体内の空気を循環させるファンと、上記加熱流路と上記冷却流路との間に介在される断熱材とを備え、
前記加熱流路は前記冷却流路の上に位置して、該加熱流路と該冷却流路が上下2段をなすように並列に配置され、前記加熱流路上に前記熱処理空間が位置することを特徴とする記載の工業用炉。 - 前記ダンパーは断熱材で構成され、該ダンパーで閉塞される前記加熱流路の開口または前記冷却流路につながる合流部の開口と当該ダンパーとの間をシールするために、該開口側に該ダンパーが当て止めされる当接部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記加熱流路の上には、ワークが載置される格子材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の工業用炉。
- 前記加熱流路の前記ヒーターと前記冷却流路の前記クーラーとは、これらの流路方向において、重なり合いが互いに半分以下となるように、ずらして設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれかの項に記載の工業用炉。
