Abstract
Dispositivo para el templado individual de engranes, piñones, anillos de cojinetes y otros componentes similares de dispositivos técnicos, que operan en una instalación de horno al vacío en donde la cámara de templado (1) de la instalación está provista con dos puertas herméticamente selladas (2 y 3) para cargar y descargar la pieza de trabajo (14). Los siguientes elementos se introducen dentro de la cámara de templado (1): mesa extraíble (3) sobre la cual se coloca la pieza de trabajo individual (14), junto con un grupo circundante de boquillas extraíbles (5) colocadas; la entrada de la cámara de templado (1) presenta un tanque anexo (6) que suministra el medio de enfriamiento a las boquillas (5), preferentemente aire o nitrógeno o argón o helio, o hidrógeno o dióxido de carbono o sus mezclas, mientras que la salida de la cámara de templado (1) está conectada a la entrada de un tanque (7) que recibe el medio de enfriamiento expandido desde la cámara (1); ; además hay un compresor (15) conectado entre los dos tanques (7 y 9( que asegura un flujo en circuito cerrado del medio de enfriamiento.
