Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe pochodne 2',3'-dideoksy-5-fluorourydyny o ogólnym wzorze 1, gdzie R1 stanowi fragment alkaloidu chinowca o zdefiniowanej konfiguracji absolutnej na atomach C-8 i C-9, a także sposób wytwarzania tych pochodnych. Wynalazek obejmuje również sole związków o wzorze ogólnym 1 i zastosowanie pochodnych 2',3'-dideoksy-5-fluorourydyny o ogólnym wzorze 1 w terapii przeciwnowotworowej raka piersi, szyjki macicy oraz wątroby.
