Kazda z czterech scianek pólki usytuowana jest wzdluz promienia dysku i na kazdej z nich, po jej obu stronach, usytuowane sa w równych odstepach poziome wystepy. Przy czym, krawedzie wystepów pomiedzy dwoma sasiadujacymi sciankami sa lagodne, lukowato wygiete, podobnie, jak z zaokraglone sa równiez konce wystepów umieszczonych z jednej strony kazdej ze scianek. Górna pokrywa pólki, przykrywajaca scianki pólki - w widoku z góry - przypomina ksztaltem litere „X" o czterech równych, prostopadlych w stosunku do siebie ramionach, których konce sa zaokraglone, Przy czym krawedzie sasiadujacych ze soba ramion górnej pokrywy - sa lagodnie, lukowato wygiete do srodka, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku -fig. 1. Po usunieciu górnej pokrywy pólki, mozna w jej miejsce umiescic element identyczny jak dolny dysk stanowiacy spód pólki, z osadzonymi na nim symetrycznie sciankami. Uksztaltowany zostaje w ten sposób kolejny poziom pólki, który moze zostac zamkniety pokrywa lub umieszczonym na nim dalszym poziomem pólek - jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku - fig. 2.Fig.1Fig.2 PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from [date]. The industrial design is a shelf designed for storing CDs or DVDs in cases – in several variations. The essence of the shelf design is its unique form, line layout, and surface shape. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, which shows the shelf in a side perspective view. The industrial design submitted for protection, in the form of a shelf for CDs and DVDs, consists of the following elements: a lower disc – constituting the bottom of the shelf, a top cover, and symmetrically arranged walls between them. Each of the four walls of the shelf is located along the radius of the disc, and on each of them, horizontal projections are placed at equal intervals on both sides. The edges of the projections between two adjacent walls are gently, arcuately bent, just as the ends of the projections located on one side of each wall are also rounded. The top shelf cover, covering the shelf walls - in a top view - resembles the shape of the letter "X" with four equal, perpendicular arms, the ends of which are rounded. The edges of the adjacent arms of the top cover are gently, arcuately bent inwards, as shown in the attached drawing - fig. 1. After removing the top shelf cover, it can be replaced with an element identical to the lower disk constituting the bottom of the shelf, with the walls mounted symmetrically on it.
