Pólka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 03.07.2002r Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólka przeznaczona do przechowywania plyt CD lub tez plyt innego typu, np. plyt DVD umieszczonych w pudelkach. Istota wzoru pólki jest jej oryginalna postac, uklad linii oraz uksztaltowanie jej powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pólke w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. la - przedstawia sciane boczna pólki w widoku z zewnatrz, fig. Ib - przedstawia sciane boczna pólki w widoku z wewnatrz. Jak pokazano na rysunkach, pólka uformowana jest z 2 równoleglych, symetrycznych scianek bocznych, polaczonych ze soba rozlacznymi, prostopadlymi do nich poprzeczkami, usztywniajacymi konstrukcje pólki. Krawedzie scianek bocznych (zarówno z przodu, jak i z tylu) maja ksztalt równoleglych wzgledem siebie, sinusoidalnie falowanych linii. Ponadto, na sciankach bocznych, po ich wewnetrznej stronie rozmieszczone sa wystajace, równolegle wzgledem siebie listwy przeznaczone do wsuwania pomiedzy nie plyt kompaktowych. Listwy te umiejscowione sa skosnie, wyzej w czesci przylegajacej do przednich krawedziscianek bocznych, nizej natomiast w czesci przylegajacej do tylnych krawedzi scianek bocznych. Dolne i górne krawedzie scianek bocznych sa tak uformowane, ze tworza stabilne nózki pólki. W dolnej czesci kazdej z obu scianek bocznych umiejscowiony jest otwór, który dokladnie odpowiada ksztaltem i wielkoscia wystepowi, jaki wykonany jest na kazdej z tych scianek, w ich górnej czesci. Dzieki temu mozliwe jest ustawianie na sobie kolejnych segmentów opisanej wyzej pólki, a tym samym jej rozbudowywanie, zgodnie z potrzebami uzytkownika. Opisana pólka wykonywana jest zwykle z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze. Zgodnie z przedstawionym wyzej opisem wskazac nalezy nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - pólka uformowana jest z 2 równoleglych, symetrycznych scianek bocznych, polaczonych ze soba rozlacznymi, prostopadlymi do nich poprzeczkami, - krawedzie scianek bocznych (zarówno z przodu, jak i z tylu) maja ksztalt równoleglych wzgledem siebie, sinusoidalnie falowanych linii, - na sciankach bocznych, po ich wewnetrznej stronie rozmieszczone sa wystajace, równolegle wzgledem siebie listwy przeznaczone do wsuwania pomiedzy nie plyt kompaktowych, które umiejscowione sa skosnie, wyzej w czesci przylegajacej do przednich krawedzi scianek bocznych, nizej natomiast w czesci przylegajacej do tylnych krawedzi scianek bocznych, - dolne i górne krawedzie scianek bocznych sa tak uformowane, ze tworza stabilne nózki pólki, - w dolnej czesci kazdej z obu scianek bocznych pólki umiejscowiony jest otwór, który dokladnie odpowiada ksztaltem i wielkoscia wystepowi, jaki wykonany jest na kazdej z tych scianek, w ich górnej czesci, co umozliwia ustawianie na sobie kolejnych segmentów opisanej wyzej pólki.Fig. 1 Fig. 1a Fig. 1b PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since July 3, 2002. The industrial design is a shelf designed for storing CDs or other types of discs, such as DVDs, placed in cases. The essence of the shelf design is its unique form, line layout, and surface finish. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the shelf in a perspective side view, Fig. 1a shows the shelf's side wall from the outside, and Fig. 1b shows the shelf's side wall from the inside. As shown in the drawings, the shelf is formed of two parallel, symmetrical side walls, connected by detachable, perpendicular crossbars that stiffen the shelf structure. The edges of the side panels (both front and rear) are shaped like parallel, sinusoidal lines. Furthermore, the inner sides of the side panels feature protruding, parallel slats designed to accommodate compact discs. These slats are positioned diagonally, higher in the section adjacent to the front edges of the side panels, and lower in the section adjacent to the rear edges of the side panels. The lower and upper edges of the side panels are shaped to form stable shelf legs. A hole is located in the lower part of each side panel, precisely matching the shape and size of the protrusion on the upper part of each side panel. This allows for stacking subsequent segments of the shelf described above, thus expanding it according to the user's needs. The shelf described above is typically made of plastic in any color. In accordance with the description presented above, the following essential features of the industrial design should be indicated: - the shelf is formed of 2 parallel, symmetrical side walls, connected with each other by separable crossbars perpendicular to them, - the edges of the side walls (both at the front and at the back) have the shape of parallel, sinusoidally wavy lines, - on the inside of the side walls there are protruding, parallel strips designed to slide compact discs between them, which are placed diagonally, higher in the part adjacent to the front edges of the side walls, and lower in the part adjacent to the rear edges of the side walls, - the lower and upper edges of the side walls are formed in such a way that they create stable legs shelves, - in the lower part of each of the two side walls of the shelf there is an opening which exactly corresponds in shape and size to the protrusion made on each of these walls in their upper part, which allows stacking subsequent segments of the shelf described above.
