Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólka segmentowa przeznaczona do przechowywania pudelek w szczególnosci z plytami DVD, CD, czy tez kasetami video. Istota wzoru pólki segmentowej jest jej oryginalna postac rózniaca sie od dotychczas znanych pólek uksztaltowaniem scianek bocznych, a takze polaczeniem tych scianek, dajacym mozliwosc segmentowego laczenia ze soba kolejnych pólek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia pólke segmentowa w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig. 2 - przedstawia zestawione ze soba dwie pólki segmentowe. Pólke segmentowa, wedlug wzoru, stanowia dwie pionowe, przeciwlegle scianki boczne, polaczone ze soba cienkim, poziomymi rurkami. Scianki boczne kazdego segmentu pólki segmentowej, po stronie wewnetrznej posiadaja tulejki, w które wsuniete sa poziome rurki laczace. Przy czym kazda scianka segmentu pólki - po stroniewewnetrznej - posiada po dwie tulejki umieszczone w narozach podstawy pólki oraz jedna tulejke na srodku górnej krawedzi pólki, a takze jedna tulejke umieszczona w srodkowej czesci pionowej, tylnej krawedzi sciany bocznej pólki. Jak wyzej wskazano, w tulejki te wprowadzane sa poziome rurki laczace. Ponadto, jedna ze scianek bocznych kazdego segmentu pólki segmentowej posiada w poblizu górnej krawedzi, a takze przy dolnej krawedzi otwór, któremu odpowiadaja dwa analogicznie rozmieszone bolce umieszczone na drugiej sciance pólki segmentowej. Uklad opisanych bolców i otworów umozliwia laczenie ze soba dowolnej ilosci pólek segmentowych. Niezaleznie od tego, boczne scianki pólki segmentowej posiadaja ozdobne, otwory umieszczone wzdluz tylnej krawedzi scianek bocznych pólki segmentowej, w dolnej ich czesci. Otwory te zblizone sa ksztaltem do wydluzonego trójkata równoramiennego. Po stronie wewnetrznej scianek bocznych pólki segmentowej umieszczone sa kolejno - równolegle wzgledem siebie - poziome listwy nosne, które w tylnej czesci przedzielone sa krótkimi wystepami blokujacymi. Opisana pólka segmentowa moze zostac wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w dowolnym kolorze. The subject of the industrial design is a segmented shelf intended for storing boxes, particularly those containing DVDs, CDs, or video cassettes. The essence of the segmented shelf design is its original form, differing from previously known shelves in the shape of the side walls, as well as the connection of these walls, allowing for the segmented connection of subsequent shelves. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the segmented shelf in a perspective view, while Fig. 2 shows two segmented shelves juxtaposed. According to the design, the segmented shelf consists of two vertical, opposing side walls, connected by thin, horizontal tubes. The inner side walls of each segment of a segmented shelf have sleeves into which horizontal connecting tubes are inserted. Each inner side wall of the shelf segment has two sleeves located in the corners of the shelf base, one sleeve in the center of the shelf's upper edge, and one sleeve located in the vertical center, the rear edge of the shelf's side wall. As indicated above, horizontal connecting tubes are inserted into these sleeves. Furthermore, one of the side walls of each segmented shelf has a hole near the upper edge and also near the lower edge, which corresponds to two similarly placed pins located on the other side of the segmented shelf. The arrangement of the pins and holes described allows for the connection of any number of segmented shelves. Regardless, the side walls of the segmented shelf feature decorative holes located along the rear edge of the side walls, in their lower part. These holes are shaped like an elongated isosceles triangle. On the inside of the side walls of the segmented shelf, horizontal support slats are arranged in parallel, separated at the rear by short locking protrusions. The segmented shelf described here can be made of plastic in any color. List of industrial design variations: 1) a single segment of a segmented shelf - fig. 1, 2) two juxtaposed segments of a segmented shelf - fig. 2. An essential feature of the design shown in fig. 1 is that: - it consists of two vertical, opposite side walls connected with each other by thin, horizontal tubes, - the side walls of each segmented shelf, on the inner side, have sleeves into which horizontal connecting tubes are inserted, - each wall of the shelf segment - on the inner side - has two sleeves placed in the corners of the shelf base and one sleeve in the middle of the upper edge of the shelf, as well as one sleeve placed in the middle of the vertical part, the rear edge of the shelf side wall, - horizontal connecting tubes are inserted into these sleeves, - one of the side walls each segment of the segment shelf has a hole near the upper edge and also at the lower edge, which is corresponded to two similarly arranged pins placed on the other wall of the segment shelf, - the arrangement of the described pins and holes allows for connecting any number of segment shelves, the side walls of the segment shelf have decorative holes placed along the rear edge of the side walls of the segment shelf, in their lower part, where these holes are similar in shape to an elongated isosceles triangle, - on the inner side of the side walls of the segment shelf there are successively placed - parallel to each other - horizontal support strips, which are separated in the rear part by short locking protrusions. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 2 is that: - it consists of two juxtaposed segmented shelves, each of which: has two vertical, opposite side walls connected with each other by thin, horizontal tubes, - the side walls of each segmented shelf have sleeves on the inner side into which horizontal connecting tubes are inserted, - each wall of the shelf segment - on the inner side - has two sleeves placed in the corners of the shelf base and one sleeve in the middle of the upper edge of the shelf, as well as one sleeve placed in the middle of the vertical, rear edge of the shelf side wall, horizontal connecting tubes are inserted into these sleeves, - one of the side walls of each segmented shelf has near the upper edge and also at the lower edge a hole corresponding to two similarly arranged pins placed on the second wall of the segment shelf, the arrangement of the described pins and holes allows for connecting any number of segment shelves, the side walls of the segment shelf have decorative holes placed along the rear edge of the side walls of the segment shelf, in their lower part, wherein these holes are similar in shape to an elongated isosceles triangle, - on the inner side of the side walls of the segment shelf there are successively placed - parallel to each other - horizontal support strips, which are separated in the rear part by short locking protrusions.
