Butelka jest przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania soków z takich owoców lub warzyw, jak aloes, burak, pokrzywa, zurawina, aronia, morwa biala, granat, acerola, karczoch, czarny bez, malina, róza, zurawina, oraz innych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki z etykieta przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce elementów graficznych, nadajacych wytworowi indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku ilustrujacym osiem odmian wzoru z etykieta w widoku z przodu, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane butelki, fig. 2 – druga odmiane butelki, fig. 3 – trzecia odmiane butelki, fig. 4 – czwarta odmiane butelki, fig. 5 – piata odmiane butelki, fig. 6 – szósta odmiane butelki, fig. 7 – siódma odmiane butelki, a fig. 8 – ósma odmiane butelki. The bottle is intended for packaging juices made from fruits or vegetables such as aloe, beetroot, nettle, cranberry, chokeberry, white mulberry, pomegranate, acerola, artichoke, elderberry, raspberry, rose, cranberry, and others. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle with a label, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color of the graphic elements, giving the product a unique character. The industrial design subject is shown in the attached drawing illustrating eight variations of the label design in a front view, in which Fig. 1 shows the first bottle variation, Fig. 2 the second bottle variation, Fig. 3 the third bottle variation, Fig. 4 the fourth bottle variation, Fig. 5 the fifth bottle variation, Fig. 6 the sixth bottle variation, Fig. 7 the seventh bottle variation, and Fig. 8 the eighth bottle variation. The bottle according to the industrial design is made of brown-tinted glass and has a white screw-on metal cap, matching the background of the label visible on the front of the bottle. As shown in Figs. 1–8, the bottle has a neck with an external thread and a white cap. The label has a white background divided by a horizontal stripe in a contrasting color, on which the name of the juice is written in white letters, starting with a capital letter. Above the horizontal stripe is the "NaturAvena" marking on a purple rectangular background, and below the horizontal stripe is a color illustration showing the main plant ingredient used to produce the juice. Individual varieties differ in the inscriptions and graphic composition on the label. As shown in Fig. 1, the first variety of the industrial design has the name of the juice "Aloe" written on the horizontal stripe; the horizontal stripe is green; between the horizontal stripe and the illustration is the inscription "Organic juice" in the same green color, and the illustration depicts an aloe plant. As shown in Fig. 2, the second variety of the industrial design has the name of the juice "Beetroot" inscribed on a horizontal stripe; the horizontal stripe is dark red, between the horizontal stripe and the illustration there is an inscription in the same dark red color "natural juice", and the illustration shows beetroot roots with a green leaf. As shown in Fig. 3, the third variety of the industrial design has the name of the juice "Pokrzywa" inscribed on a horizontal stripe; the horizontal stripe is dark green, between the horizontal stripe and the illustration there is an inscription in the same dark green color "ecological juice", and the illustration shows nettle leaves. As shown in Fig. 4, the fourth variety of the industrial design has the name of the juice "Zurawina" inscribed on a horizontal stripe; the horizontal stripe is red, between the horizontal stripe and the illustration there is an inscription in the same red color "ecological juice", and the illustration shows cranberry fruits with leaves. As shown in Fig. 5, the fifth variety of the industrial design has the name of the juice "White Mulberry" inscribed on a horizontal stripe in a tiered arrangement, the horizontal stripe is purple, between the horizontal stripe and the illustration there is an inscription in the same purple color "ecological juice", and the illustration shows white mulberry fruits with leaves. As shown in Fig. 6, the sixth variety of the industrial design has the name of the juice "Pomegranate" inscribed on a horizontal stripe, the horizontal stripe is light red, between the horizontal stripe and the illustration there is an inscription in the same light red color "ecological juice", and the illustration shows pomegranate fruits with leaves. As shown in Fig. 7, the seventh variant of the industrial design has the name of the juice "Acerola" written on a horizontal stripe; the horizontal stripe is light red in color; between the horizontal stripe and the illustration there is an inscription in the same light red color "ecological juice"; and the illustration shows acerola fruit, as shown in Fig. 7. As shown in Fig. 8, the eighth variant of the industrial design has the name of the juice "Artichoke" written on a horizontal stripe; the horizontal stripe is orange in color; between the horizontal stripe and the illustration there is an inscription in the same orange color "natural juice"; and the illustration shows artichoke fruit, as shown in Fig. 8. The bottle according to the industrial design is distinguished by its original and aesthetic external appearance, allowing for easy selection of this group of bottled natural juices by consumers. The label may contain inscriptions, signs, and symbols of an informative or normative nature, applied commercially to food product packaging.
