Kazda nakladka ma dwie prostopadle osie symetrii przecinajace sie w srodku wyrobu. Kazda z nakladek posiada symetrycznie umieszczony ozdobny otwór umozliwiajacy nalozenie jej na butelke lub flakon. Otwory te posiadaja symetrycznie umieszczone ozdobne jezyczki, które po nalozeniu czesciowo obejmuja szyjke butelki lub flakon. Pierwsza nakladke kompletu stanowi kombinacja dwóch wycinków kól polaczonych prostokatem. Otwór nakladki posiada dwa pólkoliste jezyczki. Nakladka druga ma zarys prostokatny i posiada otwór wyposazony w pólkoliste jezyczki. Nakladka trzecia kompletu ma ksztalt prostokatny, a jej otwór wyposazony jest w dwa prostokatne jezyczki. Nakladka czwarta ma ksztalt prostokatny, a jej otwór wyposazony jest w prostokatne jezyczki w górnej czesci przechodzace w trójkaty. Nakladka piata posiada zarys prostokata i posiada otwór wyposazony w prostokatne jezyczki, przy czym kazdy z tych prostokatów w górnej podstawie posiada wybranie o ksztalcie polówki stylizowanej elipsy. The essence of the decorative design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shapes of the covers in the set. The subject of the decorative design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows the set of covers from above. The set of covers, according to the decorative design, consists of six covers. Each cover has two perpendicular axes of symmetry intersecting at the center of the product. Each cover has a symmetrically placed decorative opening allowing it to be placed on a bottle or flask. These openings feature symmetrically placed decorative tongues that, when placed, partially enclose the neck of the bottle or flask. The first cap in the set is a combination of two circular segments connected by a rectangle. The cap opening has two semicircular tongues. The second cap has a rectangular outline and an opening equipped with semicircular tongues. The third cap in the set is rectangular, and its opening is equipped with two rectangular tongues. The fourth cap is rectangular, and its opening is equipped with rectangular tongues in the upper part, merging into triangles. The fifth cap has a rectangular outline and an opening equipped with rectangular tongues, with each of these rectangles having a recess in the upper base shaped like a half of a stylized ellipse. The sixth overlay has the outline of two stylized forms connected by a rectangle, and its opening is equipped with rectangular tongues, each of which has two semi-elliptical recesses in its upper parts.
