Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie ksztalcie i ornamentyce butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii - fig.l Figura przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka uwidoczniona na fig.l, od podstawy lukowato rozszerza sie ku górze, po czym do okolo Vi swej wysokosci ma równomierny walcowy ksztalt. Na tej powierzchni wykonano osiem obwodowych rowków, które rozmieszczone sa w równej odleglosci od siebie, tworzac tym samym charakterystyczne pokarbowanie. Ponad ostatnim z opisanych wyzej rowków, butelka posiada hiperboliczne wglebienie, w którym wykonano indywidualizujacy butelke ornament, utworzony z wyraznie zaznaczonych pionowych plaszczyzn, z których dwie sasiadujace ze soba plaszczyzny polaczono w ich górnej czesci charakterystycznym lukiem.Nad ornamentem wykonano kolejny obwodowy rowek, powyzej którego butelka zweza sie ku szyjce, tworzac specyficzna czasze, na powierzchni której wykonano napis „promienna" obwiedziony linia o eliptycznym ksztalcie. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; ornamentyka i ksztalt butelki, która w dolnej czesci posiada osiem, oddalonych od siebie w równej odleglosci, obwodowych rowków majacych te sama srednice, ponad którymi znajduje sie hiperboliczne wglebienie z ornamentem utworzonym z wyraznie zaznaczonych pionowych plaszczyzn, z których dwie sasiadujace ze soba plaszczyzny polaczono w ich górnej czesci charakterystycznym lukiem. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze górna czesc butelki tworzy specyficzna czasza, na powierzchni której wykonano napis „promienna" obwiedziony linia o eliptycznym ksztalcie.Fig.1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape and ornamentation of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the attached photograph - Fig. 1. The figure of the subject of the industrial design depicts a bottle in perspective view. The bottle shown in Fig. 1 widens from the base upwards, then takes on a uniform cylindrical shape for approximately 1/2 of its height. This surface features eight circumferential grooves, spaced equidistant from each other, creating a characteristic corrugation. Above the last of the grooves described above, the bottle has a hyperbolic recess in which an ornament has been made to individualize the bottle, made of clearly marked vertical planes, two adjacent planes of which are connected in their upper part by a characteristic arch. Above the ornament, another circumferential groove is made, above which the bottle narrows towards the neck, creating a specific bowl, on the surface of which is the inscription "radiant" outlined by an elliptical line. The essential features of the industrial design are the ornamentation and the shape of the bottle, which in the lower part has eight circumferential grooves of the same diameter, spaced equidistant from each other, above which there is a hyperbolic recess with an ornament made of clearly marked vertical planes, two adjacent planes of which are connected in their upper part by a characteristic arch. Another important feature of the industrial design is that the upper part of the bottle is formed by a specific bowl, on the surface of which there is an inscription "radiant" outlined by an elliptical line.
