Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest jego nowa postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii elementów butelki oraz w ornamencie. Wzór w widoku przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku. Butelka ma walcowy korpus, który powyzej polowy jej wysokosci posiada obwodowe przewezenie, przechodzace ku górze w pekata kopule zakonczona krótka gwintowana na koncu szyjka. Na pobocznicy korpusu jest usytuowany szereg obwodowych rowków, zas na powierzchni kopuly i obwodowego przewezenia korpusu jest ornament utworzony przez dwa szeregi wzajemnie przecinajacych sie rowków, rozmieszczonych w regularnych odstepach i biegnacych ukosnie wzgledem osi butelki. Butelka moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub tworzyw sztucznych w dowolnym kolorze. PL PLBOTTLE The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: July 31, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle for water and cold drinks. The essence of the ornamental design is its new form, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the bottle's elements and in the ornamentation. The design is shown in the attached drawing. The bottle has a cylindrical body, which has a circumferential narrowing above half its height, merging upwards into a bulging dome, ending in a short, threaded neck. The side of the body is a series of circumferential grooves, while the surface of the dome and the circumferential narrowing of the body features an ornament formed by two rows of mutually intersecting grooves, spaced at regular intervals and running diagonally to the bottle's axis. The bottle can be made of glass or plastic in any color.
