Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szklanki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacym szklanke w pólprzekroju pionowym. Szklanka posiadajaca pogrubione dno wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt bryly obrotowej, która w dolnej cylindrycznej czesci ma dwa pólkoliste wybrzuszenia, z pólkolistym przewezeniem pomiedzy nimi, a powyzej stopniowo rozszerza sie i przeksztalca w górna czesc, w przyblizeniu, walcowa o powierzchni wypuklej i lekko zmniejszajacej sie ku górze srednicy. Zewnetrzna srednica brzegu otworu jest w przyblizeniu równa zewnetrznej srednicy wybrzuszen, zas najwieksza zewnetrzna srednica czesci walcowej stanowi ok 1,17 zewnetrznej srednicy brzegu otworu i ok 0,44 calkowitej wysokosci szklanki. PL PLGLASS The right of registration for an ornamental design is valid from: 21 July 2000. The design is a glass, particularly for beer. The essence of the design is a new form of the glass, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows the glass in a vertical half-section. The glass, with a thickened bottom, is shaped like a solid of revolution. The lower cylindrical part has two semicircular bulges, with a semicircular narrowing between them, and above it gradually widens and transforms into an upper, approximately cylindrical part with a convex surface and a slightly decreasing diameter towards the top. The outer diameter of the hole rim is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the bulges, while the largest outer diameter of the cylindrical part is approximately 1.17 times the outer diameter of the hole rim and approximately 0.44 times the total height of the glass.
