Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w nowym, oryginalnym ksztalcie. Znanych jest szereg pojemników wyrózniajacych sie ksztaltem oraz uzyciem detali funkcjonalnych badz estetycznych. Znaczna ich czesc stanowia pojemniki oparte na bryle o ksztalcie walca. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt walca zamknietego u dolu podstawa, przy czym srednica walca jest co najmniej dwukrotnie wieksza od jego wysokosci. Ponadto pojemnik ma na górnej krawedzi na calej pobocznicy walca obwodowy kolnierz a u dolu w podstawie stozkowe przejscie walca w podstawe. Natomiast w podstawie pojemnika umieszczone jest centralnie koliste wglebienie a miedzy kolistym wglebieniem a pobocznica walca umieszczone sa cztery identyczne wglebienia, równo oddalone na obwodzie, przy czym wglebienia te od zewnetrznej strony podstawy maja ksztalt kolisty.Cecha zasadnicza pojemnika jest to, ze ma ksztalt walca zamknietego u dolu podstawa, przy czym srednica walca jest co najmniej dwukrotnie wieksza od jego wysokosci. Inna cecha pojemnika jest wyposazenie jego górnej krawedzi na calej pobocznicy walca w obwodowy kolnierz a u dolu w podstawie w stozkowe przejscie walca w podstawe. Inna cecha pojemnika jest umieszczenie w jego podstawie centralnie umieszczonego kolistego wglebienia a miedzy kolistym wglebieniem a pobocznica walca czterech identycznych wglebien, równo oddalonych na obwodzie, przy czym wglebienia te od zewnetrznej strony podstawy maja ksztalt kulisty.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in a new, original shape. A number of containers are known that are distinguished by their shape and the use of functional or aesthetic details. A significant portion of these are containers based on a cylindrical shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the container from above, while Fig. 2 shows the container from the front. According to the industrial design, the container has the shape of a cylinder closed at the bottom by a base, with the cylinder's diameter being at least twice its height. Furthermore, the container has a circumferential flange on the upper edge along the entire side of the cylinder, and at the bottom of the base, a conical transition from the cylinder to the base. The container's base has a central circular recess, and between the circular recess and the cylinder's side surface are four identical recesses, equally spaced around the circumference. These recesses are circular on the outer side of the base. The container's essential feature is that it has the shape of a cylinder closed at the bottom by the base, with the cylinder's diameter being at least twice its height. Another feature of the container is that its upper edge is equipped with a circumferential flange along the entire cylinder's side surface, and at the bottom of the base is a conical transition from the cylinder to the base. Another feature of the container is that the container has a central circular recess in its base, and between the circular recess and the cylinder's side surface are four identical recesses, equally spaced around the circumference, with these recesses being spherical on the outer side of the base.
