Butelka charakteryzuje sie nowym, oryginalnym wzornictwem, o duzej zdolnosci odrózniajacej w stosunku do innych butelek. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonej fotografii. Butelka, zwlaszcza do napojów posiada stopke w ksztalcie stozka scietego, o wiekszej górnej podstawie. W stopce, w jej pobocznicy wyksztalconych jest piec pryzmatycznych wglebien, które lacznie z wglebionym denkiem tworza piec nózek, o powierzchni oparcia lezacej w plaszczyznie dolnej podstaw} 7 stozka stopki butelki.Powyzej stopki znajduje sie czesc dolna butelki. Pomiedzy stopka i czescia dolna znajduje sie faza przejsciowa, skladajaca sie z fazki i plytkiego, obwodowego rowka. Czesc dolna zblizona jest ksztaltem do stozka scietego o mniejszej dolnej podstawie, na którego pobocznice sklada sie osiem polaczonych ze soba wytloczonych, wypuklych, dolnych „platków". Kazdy z „platków" posiada zarys zamkniety, zaokraglony u góry promieniem równym polowie szerokosci „platka". Tworzaca czesci dolnej butelki jest lekko wglebiona w poblizu jej dolnej podstawy. Czesc srodkowa butelki jest cylindryczna, o srednicy niewiele mniejszej od górnej podstawy czesci dolnej. Powyzej niej znajduje sie czesc górna butelki, w ksztalcie stozka scietego, przechodzaca w czesc najwyzsza, uksztaltowana w postaci typowego dla butelek z tworzyw sztucznych zamkniecia gwintowanego. Na pobocznicy czesci górnej butelki wytloczonych jest osiem, polaczonych ze soba, wypuklych, górnych „platków". Kazdy z tych „platków" ma zarys otwarty, zaokraglony u dolu, w ksztalcie zblizony do litery „U", której ramiona sa lekko zbiezne. Wypuklosci „platków" zanikaja w górze, tak ze najwyzszy fragment pobocznicy stozka scietego czesci górnej butelki jest gladka opaska. Na dwóch przeciwleglych, górnych „platkach" czesci górnej butelki wytloczone sa pionowe napisy firmowe „Zbyszko". Cylinder czesci srodkowej jest wglebiony w stosunku do czesci dolnej i górnej. Wysokosc czesci dolnej jest mniejsza od wysokosci czesci górnej, które odpowiada wysokosci cylindra czesci srodkowej butelki. Srednica cylindra butelki stanowi okolo czwarta czesc jej wysokosci. The bottle is characterized by a new, original design, highly distinctive from other bottles. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph. The bottle, primarily intended for beverages, has a foot in the shape of a truncated cone, with a larger upper base. The foot, on its side, has five prismatic recesses, which, together with the recessed bottom, form five legs, with a support surface lying in the lower plane of the base of the cone of the bottle's foot. Above the foot is the lower part of the bottle. Between the foot and the lower part is a transitional chamfer, consisting of a chamfer and a shallow, circumferential groove. The lower part resembles a truncated cone with a smaller lower base, the sides of which are composed of eight interconnected, embossed, convex lower "lobes." Each "lobe" has a closed outline, rounded at the top with a radius equal to half the width of the "lobe." The lower part of the bottle is slightly recessed near its lower base. The middle part of the bottle is cylindrical, with a diameter slightly smaller than the upper base of the lower part. Above it is the upper part of the bottle, in the shape of a truncated cone, transitioning into the highest part, shaped like a threaded closure typical of plastic bottles. Eight interconnected, convex upper "petals" are embossed on the side of the bottle's upper part. Each of these "petals" has an open outline, rounded at the bottom, in a shape similar to the letter "U," whose arms are slightly converging. The convex "petals" disappear towards the top, so that the highest part of the truncated cone side of the bottle's upper part is a smooth band. The vertical "Zbyszko" brand inscriptions are embossed on the two opposite upper "petals" of the upper part of the bottle. The cylinder of the middle part is recessed in relation to the lower and upper parts. The height of the lower part is less than the height of the upper part, which corresponds to the height of the cylinder of the middle part of the bottle. The diameter of the bottle cylinder is approximately one-fourth of its height.
