Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1. przedstawia probówke w przekroju wzdluznym, zas fig. 2. - widok z góry. W górnej czesci cylindra 1 uformowane sa cztery równomiernie rozlozone na obwodzie wystepy 3, majace ksztalt wycinków walca. Probówka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, dzieki wlasciwemu dobraniu dlugosci i ksztaltu wystepów umiejscowionych w czesci górnej, zapewnia dokladne umieszczenie preparatu w przestrzeni badawczej urzadzenia. The originality of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the arrangement of lines and contours. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the test tube in longitudinal cross-section, and Fig. 2 shows a top view. The industrial design is similar to a cylinder 1 with a rounded bottom 2. The upper part of the cylinder 1 contains four evenly distributed projections 3, shaped like sections of a cylinder. The industrial design test tube, thanks to the appropriate selection of the length and shape of the projections located in the upper part, ensures precise placement of the preparation within the device's testing space. The formation of four protrusions makes gripping the test tube easier and more secure than in test tubes with a different shape. Essential features of the industrial design The test tube with a shape similar to a cylinder with a rounded bottom has four protrusions (3) formed in the upper part of the cylinder (1), having the shape of sections of a cylinder.
