Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka ze spiralnym motywem ozdobnym, przeznaczona do napelniania, magazynowania i transportu napojów, zwlaszcza wody mineralnej. Butelka wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego i spelnia funkcje pojemnika o podwyzszonych walorach uzytkowych i estetycznych. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : 1. Ksztalt butelki Butelka sklada sie z czesci górnej w ksztalcie zblizonym do paraboloidy zakonczonej od góry otworem wlewowym a od dolu przewezeniem walcowym, które przechodzi w czesc srodkowo-walcowa i czesc dolna hiperboidalna ze stozkowo zakonczonym denkiem. 2. Powierzchnia Na calej powierzchni dolnej hiperboidalnej butelka ma wytloczony motyw ozdobny spiralny, spirala lewa i prawa. Pozostala powierzchnia butelki jest gladka. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle with a spiral decorative motif, intended for filling, storing, and transporting beverages, particularly mineral water. The bottle is made of plastic and serves as a container with enhanced functional and aesthetic values. The bottle according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. Bottle shape: The bottle consists of an upper part in a shape similar to a paraboloid, ending at the top with a filling opening and at the bottom with a cylindrical narrowing, which transitions into a central-cylindrical part and a lower hyperbolic part with a conical bottom. 2. Surface: The entire lower hyperbolic surface of the bottle is embossed with a spiral decorative motif, with left and right spirals. The remaining surface of the bottle is smooth.
