Wlasciwy pojemnik jest zaopatrzony z obydwu boków w lukowe przyciski, których zewnetrzna powierzchnia stanowi ciagle przedluzenie zewnetrznej powierzchni pojemnika. Przyciski te w widoku z boku maja równiez ksztalt owali (fig. 1.1 do fig. 1.7). Wlasciwy pojemnik jest zaopatrzony w zamykajaca go od góry pozioma scianke z ksztaltowymi otworkami, przez które, w wyniku naciskania przycisków bocznych, jest przeciskana niewielka ilosc dozowanego kremu. Otwory górnej scianki pojemnika przedstawione na fig. 2.1i fig. 2.2 maja postac trzech szczelin w ksztalcie litery S oraz znajdujacych sie po obydwu stronach tych szczelin okraglych otworków. Pojemnik, który po zdjeciu pokrywki jest przedstawiony na fig. 3.1 i 3.2 jest przystosowany do przechowywania i dozowania dezodorantu w stanie stalym. Górna scianka zamykajaca wlasciwy pojemnik jest zaopatrzona w owalny otwór, przez który, w wyniku naciskania bocznych przycisków, przeciskany jest dezodorant. Pojemnik przedstawiony na fig. 4.1 do 4.2 tym rózni sie od pojemnika na fig. 1.1 do 1.7 oraz 2.1 i 2.2, ze boczne przyciski wlasciwego pojemnika maja w widoku z przodu ksztalt dwóch luków o niewielkiej krzywiznie, polaczonych wypuklym wierzcholkiem. Równiez górna scianka wlasciwego pojemnika rózni sie od scianki pojemnika przedstawionego na fig. 2.2 tym, ze stanowi uklad szesciu szczelin w ksztalcie odwróconej litery S. Pojemnik pozujacy przedstawiony na fig. 5.1 do 5.4 rózni sie od pojemnika na fig. 4.1 do 4.4 tym, ze jego boczne przyciski maja powierzchnie zewnetrzna nie pokrywajaca sie z powierzchnia pojemnika lecz sa w stosunku do niej nieco wsuniete do wnetrza pojemnika. Ponadto górna scianka zamykajaca wlasciwego pojemnika jest zlozona z pieciu szczelin, majacych postac równoleglych luków o niewielkiej krzywiznie. Pojemnik przedstawiony na fig. 6.1 do 6.4 rózni sie od pojemnika przedstawionego na fig. 5.1 do 5.4 tym, ze górna scianka wlasciwego pojemnika jest zaopatrzona w piec równoleglych szczelin majacych ksztalt litery S, szerszej w srodku, a zwezajacej sie ku koncowi. Pojemnik przedstawiony na fig. 7.1 do fig. 7.4 rózni sie od poprzednio omówionych pojemników przede wszystkim tym, ze jest zaopatrzony w jeden przycisk o falistej powierzchni zewnetrznej, natomiast górna scianka zamykajaca wlasciwy pojemnik jest zaopatrzona w piec równoleglych szczelin,majacych postac wydluzonych owali, umieszczonych ukosnie w stosunku do poprzecznej osi pojemnika, których dlugosc zmniejsza sie w kierunku od osi poprzecznej. Pojemnik przedstawiony na fig. 8.1 do fig. 8.4 rózni sie od pojemnika przedstawionego na fig. 7.1 do 7.4 przede wszystkim tym, ze górna scianka wlasciwego pojemnika jest zaopatrzona w uklad pieciu równoleglych szczelin, majacych postac wydluzonych owali o osiach równoleglych do osi poprzecznej pojemnika, przy czym dlugosc tych owali zmniejsza sie w kierunku do tej osi poprzecznej. Pojemnik przedstawiony na fig. 9.1 do fig. 9.4 rózni sie od pojemnika przedstawionego na fig. 8.1 do 8.4 zarówno ksztaltem, jak i tym, ze jego pokrywka, w widoku z przodu, ma postac kulistej kopuly, której powierzchnia zewnetrzna wystaje z powierzchni zewnetrznej pojemnika. Ponadto boczny przycisk pojemnika ma postac linii falistej, zlozonej jedynie z trzech wzniesien, natomiast scianka górna pojemnika jest zaopatrzona w siedem równoleglych szczelin, przy czym kazda z nich jest utworzona z dwóch przecinajacych sie luków kola, zas dlugosc tych szczelin zmniejsza sie w kierunku od osi poprzecznej tej scianki. The subject of the ornamental design is a dispensing container for body care products in the form of a cream or a deodorant in a solid state, consisting of a container provided with at least one button on the side for squeezing the cream or deodorant and a lid tightly closing the container. A new form of the dispensing container according to the design, intended for ornamental purposes, occurs in its shape. The dispensing container for body care products shown in Figs. 1.1 to 1.7 and 2.1 k to 2.2 consists of the container itself and a lid attached thereto, wherein the container with the lid attached has the form of an oval with a truncated base in a front view. Also viewed from above, the container has the shape of an elongated oval, while viewed from the side, the container itself is a cuboid with rounded front and rear walls where they join the container bottom, while the container lid is dome-shaped. The container itself is provided with arched buttons on both sides, the outer surface of which is a continuous extension of the outer surface of the container. These buttons are also oval-shaped in the side view (Fig. 1.1 to Fig. 1.7). The container itself is provided with a horizontal wall with shaped openings, closing it from above, through which, by pressing the side buttons, a small amount of the cream to be dispensed is pressed. The openings in the upper wall of the container shown in Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2 are in the form of three S-shaped slits and circular openings on either side of these slits. The container, which, after removing the lid, is shown in Figs. 3.1 and 3.2, is adapted to store and dispense a solid deodorant. The upper wall closing the container proper is provided with an oval opening through which the deodorant is pressed by pressing the side buttons. The container shown in Figs. 4.1 to 4.2 differs from the container in Figs. 1.1 to 1.7 and 2.1 and 2.2 in that the side buttons of the container proper, in a front view, have the shape of two slightly curved arcs connected by a convex top. The upper wall of the container proper also differs from the wall of the container shown in Fig. 2.2 in that it is composed of six slots in the shape of an inverted letter S. The posing container shown in Figs. 5.1 to 5.4 differs from the container in Figs. 4.1 to 4.4 in that its side buttons have an outer surface that does not coincide with the surface of the container but is slightly recessed into the interior of the container with respect to it. Furthermore, the upper closing wall of the container proper is composed of five slots in the form of parallel arcs with a slight curvature. The container shown in Figs. 6.1 to 6.4 differs from the container shown in Figs. 5.1 to 5.4 in that the upper wall of the container proper is provided with five parallel S-shaped slits, wider in the middle and tapering towards the end. The container shown in Figs. 7.1 to 7.4 differs from the previously discussed containers primarily in that it is provided with one button with a wavy outer surface, while the upper wall closing the container proper is provided with five parallel slits in the form of elongated ovals, arranged obliquely in relation to the transverse axis of the container, the length of which decreases in the direction from the transverse axis. The container shown in Fig. 8.1 to Fig. 8.4 differs from the container shown in Figs. 7.1 to 7.4 primarily in that the upper wall of the container proper is provided with an arrangement of five parallel slots in the form of elongated ovals with axes parallel to the transverse axis of the container, the length of these ovals decreasing in the direction of this transverse axis. The container shown in Fig. 9.1 to Fig. 9.4 differs from the container shown in Figs. 8.1 to 8.4 both in shape and in that its lid, in a front view, has the form of a spherical dome, the outer surface of which projects from the outer surface of the container. Moreover, the side button of the container has the form of a wavy line consisting of only three elevations, while the top wall of the container is provided with seven parallel slots, each of them being formed by two intersecting arcs of a circle, and the length of these slots decreases in the direction from the transverse axis of this wall.
