Sofa trzyosobowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa trzyosobowa, stanowiaca odmiane mebla wypoczynkowego przeznaczonych do sprzedazy odrebnie jaki w zestawach wypoczynkowych, zarówno do pomieszczen mieszkalnych jak i pomieszczen reprezentacyjnych gabinetów biurowych, wyposazenia poczekalni o wysokim standardzie itp.. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu urzeczywistniona w przedstawianych odmianach sofy trzyosobowej, przejawiajaca sie w uformowaniu ksztaltowym poszczególnych elementów skladowych, nakladek ozdobnych na tych elementach w danej odmianie i ukladzie szwów. The subject of the industrial design is a three-seater sofa, constituting a variety of lounge furniture intended for sale individually or in lounge sets, both for living spaces and representative office spaces, high-standard waiting room furnishings, etc. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item embodied in the presented varieties of the three-seater sofa, manifesting itself in the shape of the individual components, the decorative overlays on these elements in a given variety, and the arrangement of the seams. Known three-seater sofas, both separate and in lounge sets, consist of a supporting structure of the seat, backrest and sides with legs, seat and backrest cushions, with a clear or marked seam division of the three seating places, with various types of upholstery and seams and decorative stitching visible on the outside of the upholstery material covering the individual elements. The three-seater sofa according to the industrial design consists of a supporting structure of the seat, backrest and sides with legs, seat and backrest cushions, with a clear division into three seating places, with different types of upholstery and seams and decorative stitching visible on the outside of the upholstery material covering the individual elements depending on the sofa type, as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 21. In all variations of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, the sides of the sofa are approximately cuboids, with rounded corners of the front profile, with the outer front contour slightly arched at height, and the inner front contour vertical, with a gently radial front and rear side contour visible from the side of the sofa, each side adjoining, under the upholstery, a low seat structure on which are situated three identical cuboid cushions constituting the seat proper, each with rounded edges at height and with a gently convex upper surface rising slightly from the corners, as shown in Fig. 1-21. The backrest of the sofa has a radially rounded upper profile with the front wall falling diagonally to the seat structure and has stitching on the upholstery running circumferentially along the line dividing the seat into three separate cushions and additionally in the middle of the part corresponding to the given part of the seat, wherein three shaped, soft, moldable backrest cushions are respectively located on the backrest as shown in Fig. 1-21. Each backrest cushion extends at a height beyond the backrest and has a decorative overlay sewn on its upper surface, made of leather or a leather-like material or a contrasting upholstery fabric, with an internal decorative seam at the circumferential edge of its outline, wherein this decorative overlay, in its layout, has an outline close to an oval or an ellipse and is approximately symmetrically visible along its length at the front and back of the sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-21 At the same time, each backrest cushion has a substantially trapezoidal side profile with a diagonally downward sloping front wall, with radial corners, and visible lateral circumferential seams at each side in height, as shown in Fig. 1-21. Viewed from the rear, the side is joined to the backrest so that their separate upholstery is joined midway up the backrest, forming a visible gap between them, and below this gap they are joined by a common seam running downwards, as shown in Fig. 15-16. Each separate seat cushion has horizontally running circumferential seams at the top and bottom surfaces, and above the bottom seam has a decorative overlay made of leather or leatherette material or contrasting upholstery fabric in the form of a rectangular strip in profile overlapping the radial sides of the cushion with parallel horizontal seams at both longitudinal edges thereof, as shown in Fig. 1-21. Furthermore, each side of the sofa has, on at least one outer corner, a shaped decorative overlay made of leather or a leather-like material or a contrasting upholstery fabric, encompassing the given corner with an internal decorative seam at the peripheral edge of its outline, wherein the decorative overlay has a visible outline of two triangles connected along the vertical edge of the corner forming a decorative chamfer visible from both sides of the given outer corner of the given side, as shown in Figs. 1-21. These decorative overlays extend underneath the side towards the shaped decorative leg situated on that side, as shown in Fig. 1-21. At the same time, each side of the sofa has, over the greater part of its horizontal upper surface, a shaped decorative overlay made of leather or imitation leather or a contrasting upholstery fabric, with an inward decorative stitching at the circumferential edge of its outline, as shown in Fig. 1-21. In some variants of the industrial design sofa, this decorative overlay on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part situated on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay bends at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down to the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with the lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, as shown in Fig. 1-3a. In subsequent variants of the sofa according to the industrial design, this decorative overlay on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part situated on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme top seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while with the outline of its other side it falls on the inner side of the sofa down towards the seat with an outline identical to that of the outer side resembling the shape of the other half of an axially lying pear, overlapping the backrest cushion of a given side and narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the inner edge and at the same time the extreme top seam of the upholstery of a given side, as shown in Fig. 4-6a. in subsequent variants of the sofa according to the industrial design, this decorative overlay on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part situated on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down to the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, as shown in Fig. 7-9a. In subsequent variants of the sofa according to the industrial design, this decorative overlay on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part situated on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme top seam of the upholstery of the given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while the shape of its other side falls on the inner side of the sofa, up to the seat, with an outline similar to that of the outer side, resembling the shape of the other half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the inner edge and at the same time the extreme top seam of the upholstery of the given side, as shown in Fig. 10-10a. The sofa legs are positioned under the sides at their front and rear extremities and have, in plan view, the outline of a non-equal-sided angle with a longer front leg and a shorter side leg, and a cross-section with a radially outwardly convex front longitudinal wall transitioning to a rectangular upper part outline and having an outermost side wall with an arcuate profile sloping downward inward, as shown in Fig. 1-21. The individual varieties of the sofa differ from each other in the shape of the decorative overlay on the sides and the location of the decorative overlays on the rear or front or on all corners of its sides, as shown in Fig. 1-21. In the first variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, the decorative overlays are located on the rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down to the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, as shown in Fig. 1-1 a. In the second variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, the triangular decorative overlays are located on the front corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down to the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, as shown in Fig.2-2a. In the third variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, triangular decorative overlays are located on the front and rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down to the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, as shown in Fig. 3-3a. In the fourth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the design industrial, triangular decorative overlays are located on the rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme top seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while the outline of its other side falls on the inner side of the sofa down towards the seat with an outline identical to the outer side resembling the shape of the other half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the inner edge and at the same time the extreme top seam upholstery of a given side, as shown in Fig.4-4a. In the fifth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, decorative overlays are located on the front corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while the outline of its other side falls on the inner side of the sofa down towards the seat with an outline identical to that of the outer side, resembling the shape of the other half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the edge inner and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, as shown in Fig.5-5a. In the sixth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, decorative overlays are located on the front and rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while the outline of its other side falls on the inner side of the sofa down towards the seat with an outline identical to that of the outer side, resembling the shape of the other half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the edge and simultaneously the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, as shown in Fig. 6-6a. In the seventh variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, the decorative overlays are situated on the rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa situated on the upper surface of a given side falls downwards on the side and its part situated on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and simultaneously the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side downwards towards the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, as shown in Fig. 7-7a. In the eighth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, decorative overlays are located on the front corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side falls downwards on the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down towards the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with the lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, as shown in Fig. 8-8a. In the ninth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, decorative overlays are located on the front and rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side falls down to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down to the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with the lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, as shown in Fig. 9-9a. In the tenth version of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, decorative overlays are located on the rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side falls to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while the shape of its other side falls on the inner side of the sofa side, to the seat, with an outline similar to that of the outer side, resembling the shape of the other half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the inner edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, as shown in Fig. 10-10a. Essential features of the industrial design The three-seater sofa according to the industrial design consists of a supporting structure of the seat, backrest and sides with legs, seat and backrest cushions, with a clear division into three seating places, with upholstery, seams and decorative stitching visible on the outside of the upholstery material covering the individual elements depending on the sofa type, as shown in Fig.1- Fig.21, is characterized in that: - the sides of the sofa are approximately cuboids, with rounded corners of the front profile, with the outer front outline slightly arched at the height, and the inner front outline vertical, gently radial outline of the front and back of the side visible from the side of the sofa, each side adjoins, under the upholstery, a low seat structure on which three identical cuboid cushions are located, constituting the actual seat, each with rounded edges at a height and with a gently convex upper surface rising slightly from the corners, as shown in Fig. 1-21. - the backrest of the sofa has a radially rounded upper profile with the front wall falling diagonally to the seat structure and has stitching on the upholstery running circumferentially along the line dividing the seat into three cushions and additionally in the middle of the part corresponding to the given part of the seat, wherein three shaped, soft, formable backrest cushions are located on the backrest as shown in Fig. 1-21 - each backrest cushion protrudes at a height beyond the backrest and has a decorative overlay sewn on its upper surface, made of leather or leather-like material or contrasting upholstery fabric, with an internal decorative seam at the circumferential edge of its outline, wherein this decorative overlay, when laid out, has an outline close to an oval or an ellipse and is approximately symmetrically visible along its length at the front and back of the sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-21 - each backrest cushion has a substantially trapezoidal side profile with a front wall sloping diagonally downwards, with radial corners and visible from each side lateral circumferential seams at height, as shown in Fig. 1-21 - viewed from the rear, the side is joined to the backrest in such a way that their separate upholstery is joined halfway up the backrest, creating a visible gap between them, and below this gap they are joined by a common seam running downwards, as shown in Fig. 15-16. - the sofa legs are situated under the sides at their front and rear extremities and have in plan view the outline of a non-equal-sided angle with a longer front arm and a shorter side arm, and a cross profile with a front longitudinal wall radially convex outwards passing into the rectangular outline of the upper part and has an extreme an outer side wall with an arcuate profile sloping downwards inwards as shown in Fig. 1-21 - each separate seat cushion has horizontally running circumferential seams at the top and bottom surfaces and above the bottom seam has a decorative overlay made of leather or imitation leather or contrasting upholstery fabric in the form of a rectangular profile strip overlapping the radial sides of the cushion with parallel horizontal seams at both longitudinal edges thereof as shown in Fig. 1-21. - each side of the sofa has, on at least one outer corner, a decorative overlay made of leather or a leather-like material or a contrasting upholstery fabric, covering the given corner, with an internal decorative seam at the peripheral edge of its outline, wherein this decorative overlay has a visible outline of two triangles along the connected vertical edge of the corner, creating a decorative bevel visible from both sides of the given outer corner of the given side, wherein these decorative overlays overlap under the side towards the shaped decorative leg situated on that side, as shown in Fig. 1-21 - each side of the sofa has, on the greater part of the horizontal upper surface of the shapes: a decorative overlay made of leather or a leather-like material or a contrasting upholstery fabric, with an internal decorative seam at the peripheral edge of its outline, falling with its outline both on the outside of the side and on its inner side, wherein the individual varieties of the sofa according to the industrial pattern are distinguished by the shape of the decorative overlay on the sides and the location of the decorative overlays on the rear or front or on all corners of its sides, as shown in Fig. 1-21, wherein: - in the first variety of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial pattern, as shown in Fig. 1-1a, the decorative overlays are located on the rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls to the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme the upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down towards the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, - in the second variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design as shown in Fig.2-2a, triangular decorative overlays are situated on the front corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa, situated on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side, falls on the outside of the side and its part situated on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down towards the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, - in the third variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 3-3a, triangular decorative overlays are located on the front and rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls on the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls down on the inner side of the side towards the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, - in the fourth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 4-4a, triangular decorative overlays are located on the rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side on the outer side falls down to the outside of the side, and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while with the outline of its other side it falls on the inner side of the sofa side down to the seat, overlapping the backrest cushion of a given side with an outline identical to the outer side, resembling the shape of the second half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the inner edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side, - in the fifth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 5-5a, the decorative overlays are located on the front corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa, located on the upper surface of the given side on the outer side, falls to the outside of the side, and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side, reaching the middle of the side profile backrest, while the outline of its other side falls on the inner side of the sofa down towards the seat, overlapping the backrest cushion of the given side with an outline identical to that of the outer side, resembling the shape of the second half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the inner edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side - in the sixth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 6-6a, the decorative overlays are located on the front and rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa, located on the upper surface of the given side on the outer side, falls to the outside of the side, and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the back of the outer side of the side until inflection of the outline of the cushion at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while the outline of its other side falls on the inner side of the sofa down towards the seat, overlapping the backrest cushion of a given side with an outline identical to that of the outer side, resembling the shape of the second half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side of the side, reaching the inner edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side - in the seventh variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 7 -7a, the decorative overlays are located on the rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side falls on the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of the given side reaches the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down towards the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, - in the eighth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 8-8a, the decorative overlays are situated on the front corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa situated on the upper surface of the given side falls to the outside of the side and its part situated on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until inflection of the overlay outline at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the center of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down towards the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, - in the ninth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 9-9a, decorative overlays are located on the front and rear corners of both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa located on the upper surface of a given side falls on the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the inflection of the overlay outline at the outer edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam upholstery of a given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while its other side falls on the inner side of the side down towards the seat with a rectangular outline of its side with a lower horizontal edge parallel to the upper surface of the side, - in the tenth variant of the three-seater sofa according to the industrial design, as shown in Fig. 10-10a, decorative overlays are located on the rear corners of its both sides, while the decorative overlay on the sides of the sofa, located on the upper surface of a given side, falls on the outside of the side and its part located on this side has an outline resembling the shape of half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the outer side of the side until the outline of the overlay is bent at the outer edge and at the same time at the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, reaching the middle of the side profile of the backrest, while with the shape of its other side it falls on the inner side of the sofa side to the seat, with an outline similar to the outer side, resembling the shape of the second half of an axially lying pear, narrowing towards the front of the inner side, reaching the outer edge and at the same time the extreme upper seam of the upholstery of a given side, Włodarczyk Ryszard, Swarzedz -
